I started to freak myself out thinking that maybe the 14 week scan was just too early. So, I went to a different place and had a scan done yesterday at 17 weeks 2 days and the tech says it is a girl :) I just can't believe it, we are so excited! I was definitely nervous, because after being on the diet for 6 months I was just ready to be pregnant so our timing was definitely more boy friendly. Anyway, does this definitely look like labia? The baby did not want to uncross the legs, then didn't want to open them. I am just worried that I will be really disappointed if I thought it was a girl all this time, and then find out it is actually a boy. Attachment 35701

I would say that is definitely a girl! I don't see any indications of a scrotum hiding anywhere and an absence of a penis! I understand you not believing it! It probably won't truly sink in until you hold her in your arms!
