Yikes, I am really confused. (Sorry) I am currently taking the CoQ10, Fish Oil (800), Evening Primrose Oil (1300), Vitamin D3, and a probiotic, as well as the guafestine - I feel like I read that this was suggested somewhere. I read that I should also take my folic acid, take the alka seltzer gold (to replace the baking soda drink), and drink gelatin once a day or so. My tribulis is also on the way. I feel like a drug cabinet. Any suggestions on what I really could cut out, or what I need to absolutely take and how much each day? Thanks!! I am really only taking these once a day because this just seems like so much. Can someone break down amounts needed each day? Is there a chart reference that can be accessed with amounts etc?
I think I was referring to the link for TTC a boy and the supplements. I was SUPER brand new to the site. I have stumbled around and found some things now. =) Probably gone overboard, even.
I look forward to reading the reply to your post cause I'm a newbie and have never really taken any sups either (except fish oil a while back) so am also confused about the when, how and how much ;)
Ag I'm going to cover this in your plan but:
We have new studies that show that Fish oil MUST be taken in larger amounts than EPO. And I'm actually moving away from the EPO anyway as I feel we've had more opposites than I like...since we have that info that shows more animal fats than vegetable fats sway blue, I wonder if the EPO is just upping the veg. fats too far for people.
Tribulus I feel there's too much conflicting info on. Do not recommend
Alka Seltzer, I feel is not safe, if you must use it just do it 1x per day around your attempt

I dropped the EPO and found I got lots of EWCM with the HE diet and lemon water alone. As in never had so much before in my life! I'm due to O soon (next 2ish days??) on our first attempt and really recommend getting the lemon water into you. I used EPO with TTC my first because of being on clomid which dried me up. Yes the EPO gave me a little bit of mucus but I should've been on the lemon water!!
Question - how much do you recommend the full fat dairy? I'm trying to eat one Brown Cow Yogurt each day...is this a good thing or bad thing for swaying boy? I keep hearing conflicting dairy information. Thanks!
