Yes it counts as AF because there are so few products of pregnancy that they pass with the shedding of the AF lining. The reason to wait after a later loss is because there could still be remnants left behind but with chemicals that doesn't happen.

That makes me feel so much better thankyou! The MC bleeding from the first loss was so minimal that really in hindsight I don't think a pregnancy last month would have stuck because everything probably needed a bit of a clear out so I'm feeling so much more hopeful now that everything is back on track! Thankyou so much for all your support and advice I've had no one to talk to about any of this so you have been a life saver for me!

Hi atomic! To cut a really long story short everything has been a nightmare for he past few weeks for various different reasons but I did BBT this month just so I could keep up with what's going on, I now have only 26 days until my next O and LE has been off and on practically out the window since august I guess I would have the MC and CP swaying a bit still? And I've started eating meat again but only chicken so I was gonna start walking to school for the next few weeks which is about an hour away and keep with the two meals a day but no really eating strictly LE I would leave longer on the diet and start again but due to DH work it really needs to happen this month so I'm just hoping for the best really but not feeling hugely confident about it x

I was also going to re start my vitex and SP on the first day of AF? I did plan to not take them whilst ttc again but because of the whole rushed last minute half sway thing going on I thought I would take whatever I could to be in with a better chance! Can I take my baby Asprin whilst taken them? X

I would not have you do the vitex and saw palmetto. Those are things I drop after people have losses, usually. The saw palmetto is a blood thinner too and so taking it along with the aspirin may make your blood thinner, which isn't always a good thing.
You can have 2 or 3 meals on LE, please do what works best for you, don't feel you need to stick to 2 and be famished the whole time.
For some reason people always start eating chicken again but chicken is really not that great for upping fertility. I would have you do a serving of full fat dairy every day, 4-6 eggs a week, and then instead of or in addition to chicken have 1 serving of salmon if you like it, and red meat if you don't. These things have a kind of fat that is helpful to your fertility while chicken breast really doesn't have that much of it.

Ok I see i won't be re starting them then, as for chicken the only reason I was eating only chicken was because my partner thinks swaying is what is causing the problem and he doesn't want to anymore (I know this is total rubbish) and it's just been bad luck for us but I guess he's put two and two together and come up with 10! So I'm keeping veggie during the day whilst he's not here but I thought chicken might be less of a "blue sway" than say red meat?

I see - yes in that case chicken is fine, it's just that for whatever reason chicken is what people add in and it really isn't terribly beneficial for fertility.
