Mocah...I have read if you have a temp shift it means you have ovulated!
If you get positive OPK but no temp shift that would be false.

Anyone think a really really sore back is pms or pg???? Just wondering, I vote PMS!

That's exactly what I was wondering. Is it possible to get a temp shift like that if you haven't O'd? If not, that's great news!

Oh, and I think a sore back could go either way - pregnancy or pms. Here's hoping it's a prego symptom for you!

Woohoo! I just found this on FF: "All your other signs can occur with or without actually ovulating, but your chart will only show a biphasic temperature pattern when you ovulate."

I guess that means I ovulated...I just wish I'd had a better attempt.
