Had 2nd attempt and period starting early again!

So now with OPK I peaked last night, I chanced a test at 11.30pm and sure enough it was peak...I had tested earlier at 4.30 it ws very faint. I hear what your saying re been over OPks , this month Ive been testing 3times a day It becomes draining when you waiting for a peak or some sign ovulation is to happen.

The best time of day to test is after lunch. Testing at 4:30 AM will often give you false negatives as the hormone peaks in your blood****** around then, and hasn't made its way out in your urine.

One day of temps doesn't tell us anything. One day can be coincidence. So maybe your temps are rising, maybe not.

Cramping can happen before, during, and after O so unfortunately that's no help. Do absolutely always have attempt if you think you're ovulating, even without a pos OPK.
