I think le just helps with de-conditioning. Im going to fast a little on and off this cycle see how it goes just here and there.

I'm not too keen on June/July either. My main thing I don't like is them having to wait so long to start school.. also I don't like the idea of getting up to feed a baby in winter but figure I would probably just co-sleep for the first few months anyway.
I'm not sure if today's slight temp change is just from me not sleeping well. If I put in higher temps tomorrow and the next day it looks like the cross hairs will move to CD 15 meaning my attempt is O-2 so not that great but better than the day after O like it says now.
If I O'd late on cd14 is it possible not to have at a temp increase because I woke up at 2am and temped too early?
The LE diet is meant to aid with decreasing maternal condition. So if someone is super fit, doing the LE diet and cardio helps to decrease muscle mass and trick your body that times are tough.
Overweight/obese people already experience a decrease in maternal condition which can also sway girl.
Someone doesn't have to lose weight to get a girl it is more about having your body think times are tough to allow an XX embryo to thrive. This can be done in different ways.

How early can we get bfp?what dpo? I know 10 or 11 is average but ehat sbt b4 tht
Typically not before around 7-8 dpo. A test won't turn positive until the embryo has implanted and started signaling the body to make hcg. The egg takes a few days to travel into the uterus and get implanted in the uterine wall. Then, the hcg has to build up to a level that is detectable, which for some women can take until 15+ dpo.

I'm not sure how great my sway will be now but earlier this year I was a lot more run down and losing weight. Now I have been maintaining weight and not getting sick as often.
Implantation occurs on average between 6-10 DPO. HCG needs to build up for at least two days before it is detected on an HPT.
I would say 8-10 DPO the earliest. Most get one between 10-13 DPO

I'm not testing any earlier than 10dpo anymore. 11dpo if I can hold out. I would much rather see a clearer line than be in limbo with a squinter.
I usually wait until 11-12 dpo. With both boys I got a super squinted at 12 dpo. :)
Ikwym purple. Hopefully our chnages are enough to do the trick.
I agree im holding (trying to) until after 10dpo. Its just too much.
Just wanted to ask with the basal therm the ones with 2 decimal places are more accurate? I went to one shop today and they only had one decimal place so i left it.

I know I've told you ladies before but I had gained a couple pounds when I got pregnant with both my girls and I cheated a lot with diet. Overall I was LE though. I only did cardio and I never ate breakfast. I would sometimes snack on foods with no nutritious value. I was much better during the week and weekends were kind of whatever goes.
I'm not in love with a June/July date because my girls were born in those months. I'm also off work already since I work in a school so it's not a great maternity leave.

That gives me hope quinn 😊
Fingers x for us all this month xx

Oh and I did eat breakfast sometimes. I wasn't completely against it.

Darn it! Sorry to see you over here. I was really hoping last cycle that test would turn into to something (((HUGS)))
Well.. GL to all! I have only been gone for a few days but the way you all chat I might as well have been gone a month lol. If you all don't mind, would you please kinda give me the cliffnotes version? Where you are in your cycle, etc... It is late here and tomorrow I start back with the daily grind (my LONG day no less) so it may be a bit before I can catch up :( If not, that is fine too :)
Thanks two xx
A few are in the tww but im all the way at the beginning 😂😂😂
Likely won't O till the middle of the month

I'm looking forward to a June/July baby (fingers crossed). My birthday is in July, and I've always loved having a summer birthday. My son's birthday is at the end of January, so I can relate that it's no fun being super pregnant in the dead of winter, trying to wedge my bloated pregnant legs into my boots every day and having to piece together outfits and make sure every layer fit. And trying not to fall on my butt on the ice. I look forward to just being able to slide some sandals on my feet, no bending over required, and throwing on a sundress.
Pretty much all of my friends have girls, so I was shocked when I had a boy, but I have always been a dedicated breakfast eater, even though I'm also thin and a vegetarian. This month I've decided not to obsess so much about limiting protein and fat and just concentrate on skipping breakfast and not snacking. I'm hoping that will be enough. I also weigh less than I did when I got pregnant the first time.
My Cliff's Notes version for two: I'm on cd3. Should O around Oct. 8 or so. This is our third cycle of ttc.
This is also our third month too..lets hope 3's a charm 😉

Can I run something by you all? Sorry if its a bit ling winded! So looks like I'll o today as this mornings temp rise was a bust. So I'm thinking well if any swimmers survived I have a chance of a fertilised egg. Not very confident in a o-2 cut off though as I've had an attempt at day before last 3 cycles. So I'm thinking I'll have an attempt tonight as if the egg hasn't been fertilised then I get basically a second chance by dtd tonight. So in reality it would still be one attempt right? Because if our bd from night b4 last works then egg will already be fertilised but if its not then I have a chance at fertilising it tonight. Does that make sense????
That does make sense pbn. I say go for it 😉
Mum to 4 Boys awaiting her Princess
I'd go for it

Technically it's still two attempts in your fertile window- BDing every three days.
I say go for it, since you haven't gotten pregnant yet with an O-2 attempt.
FX, GL, and tons of baby dust [emoji597][emoji92][emoji93][emoji94]!!

Boyzmummy - I got a positive at 9do last time.
I'm sitting at 7dpo now - itching to test!!!
Do any other girl swayers actually have to force themselves to do the alcohol portion of the sway? I managed to actually have a drink or two maybe a dozen times over the past two months. Im going to try really hard to get it in every night this month, but at the end of the day- I find I'd rather be using that 150-300 calories for food than alcohol. And I'm just not a drinking person, so I spend an hour nursing a glass of wine on nights when I try to do it. I never drank at all with either of my boys so this is a huge change, on top of the drastic difference in my diet. I guess that's one of those "boy mom/girl mom" things. I'd so much rather have a cheeseburger than a glass of wine.

I'm the opposite has2g lol. I have no problem with drinking the wine but then I've always enjoyed a glass (or four) [emoji3] or more [emoji23]
Lol i don't drink at all..id rather put the energy into another aspect of the sway than focus on what im not able to do. Im just not a drinker at all

I would probably go for it Pbn but maybe do a jump &dump?
I'm not convinced I o'd now as I have started spotting. Since ttc every cycle has had a week or two of spotting before eventually Oing. I have no idea what is wrong, the dr didn't know and google doesnt give me answers. I made a dr appointment for Saturday and I'm going to demand a referral now. I'm so over my stupid body :(
Hope you can get some answers purple x

Ikwym purple. Im going to see how this cycle pans out but im starting to wonder about my progesterone (a few things keep indicating it may be low). Might go for a hormonal checkup next cycle as ill likely take a break for that month
Mum to 4 Boys awaiting her Princess
I had some tests on day 3 and all was in the normal range. It was only for the basic hormones though so I probably need more through testing... or maybe they can just give me clomid!
I know with progesterone ot would have to be done after O as its meant to rise after.
Mum to 4 Boys awaiting her Princess
Well we've just had our attempt - ds1 has daycare Tuesdays and ds2 actually went for an afternoon nap :). I definately think I oed earlier today as cervix was firmer and cm starting to change. Feel much better having this attempt under my belt :) Didn't jump and dump but was shallow release and lost a fair bit even though I laid with hips elevated. So fx and cant wait to see temp spike in morning please please!!
Purple I really hope you get some answers and hopefully you'll be able to get the clomid too!!
It's so good when you get to 7DPO you are nearly there! Phew
7DPO for me tomorrow
