My Wondfos were negative at cd 25 of my mc but when I went for a bloodtest my hcg was still at 15.
Have you had a period yet? Or did you ttc the same cycle as your miscarriage?
If its the same cycle as miscarriage, then
A) you could be pregnant
B) you could still have residual hcg from the miscarriage
C) you could have a small amount of retained tissue producing hcg
Only some serial bloodtests and an us can tell you for certain.
Thanks so much for your input, Mrs. Goodies. I didn't have a period, I TTC'd the same cycle as the miscarriage. Retained tissue is unlikely since I passed the sac and placenta naturally and then had a D&C on top of that to remove clots to stop the bleeding after a hemmorage. I will definitely ask for a blood draw when I see my doctor tomorrow, though. I guess if it's above 25 I'll know it has to be a new pregnancy and if it's below 25 only a serial draw will tell.Quote:

Looks like a positive opk today! The last 2 are from today, just took another later on to confirm. It's CD 17 for me, and we had one attempt on the night of CD 15. So now my attempts will be 48 hours apart! I hope I didn't just ruin my sway with our first attempt! I just had lots of CM and didn't want to just have 1 attempt this time, but was planning for at least 3 days in between attempts....yikes.

Cosmo...I still have this mad feeling you are pregnant from last cycle..even with the regular period bleeding. LOL. Would explain dark OPK's on CD 10...however because im probably just crazy I am waiting to see your opk's and see if they really are THAT dark..CD 10 would be really early O..but could be not quite positive yet so maybe cd 12-cd 14...i cant make a guess until i see the tests :P

Hi all, hoping to join you in the 2ww soon. Im back after a missed miscarriage & D&C in december. Apart from the brief 6 week break after my BFP last year, i have been on the LE diet now for a whole year. I was totally over LE by the time I got my BFP but now it seems easier somehow. Ive been back on the LE diet for 7 weeks now & I am CD14 second cycle after m/c. I got a faint +opk today but no other real physical signs as yet so hopefully in the next few days. I usually O around Cd 18-20 so I know it should be soon. Wishing you all babydust & sticky beans!
Good luck everyone. I got a definite +OPK yesterday and today and we got an attempt in this morning. I have been HORRIBLE on the LE diet though. I do not know what is wrong with me right now. I just can't seem to stop eating so many cals. I am sitting at 2500-2900 a day this week. I need to re-evaluate my diet I think. But at least when given the choice between beef (hamburgers) and chicken, I have gone with chicken. But really, it has been quite the challenge. It also does not help that my Birthday is next Monday, so it has been a series of lunches and desserts for me at work. Ugh.
So I tried responding last night and I addressed just about everyone here and I was told my post had to be approved by admin...

@Burakoam, I had similar thoughts, but only because I have had lots of thirst and headaches. I hydrate well so I dunno what's up. My OPK's are not that dark, just darker than what I'm used to, probably due to using a new brand. They are definitely negative :)

Can we all agree that my PM sticks are darker? Top 3 are AM bottom 3 are PM. I think its safe to say I will be catching my surge in the PM and I've chosen to use my CBD's for my evening urine.

Yes cosmo, LH is supposed to be darker in the evening which is why its much easier to catch a surge very early on often as it is JUST gearing up to happen. Those i dont think are positive for pregnancy so at least there is that LOL...however i do see the tint changing so i am wondering if cd14-16 will be your days :)
also cos, have had the admin thing too..no clue what happens with those.. i just post again later as well and it goes through fine so who freaking knows lol

Update: did my blood draw today and HCG was only 7.5. I'm pretty sure that my test yesterday was a false positive based on leftover hormones from the miscarriage. A level of 7.5 would explain why I was getting negatives on Wondfo and maybe even ovulated with a bit of HCG still in my system, but this doesn't seem high enough to be a new pregnancy. The FRER is just insanely sensitive. Looks like I'll be sticking around here for February! (Kind of wish I hadn't eaten all that cheese yesterday thinking I was off-diet, though).

I am currently CD14 and have had a high reading for 3 days. Internal ultrasounds and bloodwork confirm my Estrogen levels are going up and folicales are growing as they should do before ovulation. Even with high reading I'm still prob a few days out.
Those tests are all negitive so far..and with the low reading . so I'm assuming you're a few days out too!

That being said, there has to be enough detectable LH in your system for CBD to register. With clomid and DD3 i didnt get a high reading i went straight from low to peak, and again with DD4 i didnt get a high reading i went right from low to peak...even though i had the tests that should have shown high they just never did. So dont be freaking out thinking because you havent hit high yet that you wont ovulate on time...for some women and i am proof (and very pink friendly apparently lol) You just wont get that high reading for some reason. That line is getting darker and i would keep testing without losing faith. Besides last i recall you said its not uncommon for you to ovulate in the CD 20's..like 22-23..if thats the case you are still a while off from that test hitting high OR peak...hang in there honey.

My DD dropped the middle two tests on the wet floor a little while ago so now they look fresh again lol, but we can still use the first one to compare :D
hey hey hey!!! look at that cosmo! thats a REALLY close positive...it could go completely dark by morning..or tomorrow night ;) if it doesnt though i do think it will by CD 13 meaning yes ovulation will occur either cd 14 or 15 if you are a fast egg popper

and I just ordered a second box of OPK's yesterday (yay for amazon prime shipping! lol). I guess I'll bump up my testing to 4 times per day, although some of it will be diluted. I have no other signs except that my cervix is very high. CM is sticky, so we'll see!Quote:

Maxim I tested morning and night with CBD... it wasn't cheap, but neither are babies ;) I would at least test every night and if you get a solid smiley or two dark lines that may be positive by AM then test morning as well :)

Yes! I've been testing now 2x per day. Internal ultrasound today said my folicale is 15mm. 1 more mm and it's mature. They think I'll ovulate tomorrow or Sunday. I have yet another u/s Sunday to confirm.Quote:
