I'm going to be starting my clomid this weekend and trying to be strict on the diet! Are you doing le or pcos diet?
I'm also very nervous and keeping hoping I've done enough to sway pink! Fingers crossed.
I've been on clomid before and the boy real side effects I had were really bad mood swings and feeling very down I'm hoping I don't experience that this time.
Good Luck are you doing every 4 days or using opks, I think I will do every 4 days this month to take all the stress out of it.
I'm doing e4d and will try to use OPK. I'm cheating a lot on the LE diet. I'll have to do a loooot of praying. I'm really eager to be pregnant

I'm doing opks - and had planned to have 1 attempt at peak fertility! I'm on cd13 and still no sign of high fertility which is strange - because I usually ovulate cd14.
I'm doing the LE diet - and most of the type eating very little or no meat.
Xx
How's everyone getting on with the clomid?
Hi English dame I hope you are feeling a bit better, life can be tough at times. I've had a constant headache with the clomid and feeling down but it always effects my mood. Just trying to keep busy and keep my mind off things. I get so anxious at times over this whole thing and I just want to eat nice things instead of sticking to the diet, trying my best.
Thank you, I'm just trying to focus on our next attempt now but struggling to get back on the diet!
Looking back I think it affected my mood too.
You'll need to keep us up to date with your 2ww!
Hi girls
My opk showed peak CD16 so BD that night! Felt strong ovulation pains on CD17.
Now just have to wait!
Xx
Anyone else waiting a bit to start ttc? Hubby's not 100% ready yet, but I do have clomid in hand now. Meanwhile I'm working on my diet. I haven't eaten chicken or red meat in 3+ months. I'm doing the pcos diet, but don't have pcos (although I could be borderline since I have high afc, amh, and oily skin). I did strict LE for DS4, so I think I have a better chance w pcos LE diet this time. Anyone else?

Hey guys! Anyone doing the diets but not actually ttc yet?
I've been doing a mostly pcos diet, but not eating chicken or red meat. Lost about 10 lbs, which is significant for my 5'2" frame. Have had a few cheats here and there (pizza etc).
I have clomid in hand but dh is on the fence right now about ttc...a few months ago he was all for it. Waiting for him to come around (think he will, this has happened in the past). So in the meantime I'm still doing the diet (2-3 months now). Anyone else in the same boat? Feeling a bit anxious since I'm no spring chicken lol.

Doing the diet with (fingers crossed) hopes to do it in November or December. I was two weeks in but a family member from Houston and her two kids stayed with us and my diet went out the window with stress. So! I'm starting over and getting back to the gym. Any foods that you've regularly ate and enjoyed? I'm sticking to mostly a vegan diet.

Oh Jane I'm so happy for you! Good luck with your pregnancy!
How are you doing pink rose? When will you find out if you've got your bfp this month?
I've been eating the foods Atomic suggests in the pcos LE diet sticky thread, but not eating poultry or beef. For protein I've been eating small amounts of tuna, shrimp, or crab. Baked potato w veggies. Soup. Hummus and multigrain crackers or cucumbers, that sort of thing. I don't officially have pcos but I think I have tendencies, plus I did standard LE with DS4. I've stopped eating all sweets, although I did have frozen yogurt a few times this summer and I do eat a little fruit. I'm also drinking lots of coffee, which is really part of the LE diet, not pcos diet, but doing sort of a hybrid? I'm eating only multigrain carbs, except when I have rice, or when I cheated and had pizza. And my carb intake is low overall. I have lost a little over 10 lbs, possibly 15. I stopped taking prenatals a few months ago bc it sways blue, but just ordered folate. Oh, also not exercising, except for a walk once in a while. Hmm I think that's it?
I really feel like I want to ttc by Nov or Dec as well....hoping dh comes back around by then.

So dh said we can ttc in Nov. Question... he travels every weekend for his job. While using clomid, how can I make sure the timing works out??? :(

Hi ladies, this thread seems to be very quiet but I need some urgent advice.
Getting ready to start clomid in a couple days. My AF just started tonight but just spotting, will be full on tomorrow morning.
Do I start clomid on Fri? Sat? Tomorrow? I take it for 4 days right? And then wait 3 days to start opk after last pill?
I'm excited but nervous. Worried about overstimulation, cysts, side effects like my lining. Please some words to calm me lol? I'm in my late 30's and this is my last shot so pulling out all the stops.
I've done a really good sway, even lost 15 pounds to the point that my clothes are literally falling off me. I just hope I can conceive quickly, I only have 2.5 months worth. I normally conceive quickly but worried everything I've done will mess that up?

Where did you get the clomid? Did they not tell you what cycle days to take it?
Spotting doesn't count as the start of your cycle so cd1 is the first day of proper bleeding. Most people on here take clomid cd 3-7. (At night seems to be best to avoid most side effects) you take it for 5 days, not 4.
Thanks Englishdame! I didn't get it from a doc. Ok, thanks for clearing that up!

thanks english that is exactly right
