Hi Ladies, can I join? I think I'm already ready to because earlier I scared of another miscarriage. I had two in a row in Mai and June.
I'm 10 weeks 2 days pregnant and swayed for a girl. I had huge gd with my DS2, I try not to worry and be prepared for another DS. I have NT scan on 11th October

Hello ladies, I hope you don't mind me dropping in here. I was a pretty regular member while swaying for my 3rd baby, and had taken a break from the boards after that sway failed. Well, I'm back again with a BFP after a very, very light girl swag for #4. This is our final go, so I could use lots of pink dust. In the past year I've been pretty poorly in health though (diagnosed with hypothyroid) and wasn't at all expecting a BFP yet. We had a scan yesterday though and it looks like I'm due May 9th!
Huge Congrats Has2! I remember you back when we were trying for baby #3!
I sure hope you have a DD next! I’m sorry about being diagnosed with hypothyroid, but I’m sure they can get you regulated 🤞🏻!

My nausea has never been as bad as this on any of my previous pregnancies, today I literally broke down crying to hubby saying I can't do this. I feel terrible from the moment I wake up to going to bed :( I'm only 6 weeks 4 days and I'm already counting down and hoping this phase passes soon.

HappyLea - I feel your pain. This is me too - all day nauseas no matter what. I feel sick all the time and smells are the WORST. Thinking about my husband’s breakfast sandwich right now makes me want to barf. And I had a very smooth and easy 1st trimester with my DS - maybe a week of yucky and after that nothing at all. Praying it’s better for both of us soon.

My bf had her scan today shes 2 weeks ahead. She was told 80% girl and the us pic looks convincing. She already has 2 boys.
I just know im having a boy. I had a dream i was and i just have this overwhelming feeling. Ill be giving all my girl stuff to her asap. I can't bear to hold onto it much longer. I already feel so done with this pregnancy which makes me feel like crap. Its the first pregnancy I've had these feelings. I think it's because i know this is our last. GD is such a bitch sometimes

I was team green but had numerous dreams I was having a girl and I had a boy. I think you probably feel like that because you want so badly a girl so you're thinking it's a boy. Happylea and TaytumJ I am in the exact same boat as you. I am in bed all day and my husband has had to literally do everything for me and our 3 sons on most days. The only thing that is getting me through the night is diclegis, I got a script from my dr. It's cat. A doesn't effect the baby, if your to the point you may want to try it if your open to it. I am usually anti any meds while pregnant but it was so bad! Never felt like this with any of my 3 boys either!Quote:

My nausea happens on and off. Brushing my teeth is the worst however i usually get it at night which is strange i never had ms much at night. Whilst totally no good for me, salty foods help with the nausea either fries or potato chips. This baby is not a sweet tooth but a salt lover like their father. Total opposite to my past 5 pregnancies [emoji23]
I do however take maxolon if it becomes too much. I also suffer from low Bp and can get dizzy with annoying headaches.

Its so strange Mommy2apples. I have felt like absolute crap from day one. My skin is so dry and horrible. Im irritable. I prefer salty when im a sweets girl, yet hard to be hopeful.

So had my first scan on Wednesday ....and got to see the wee baby and hear it's little heart beat! Have another scan in 3 weeks. They said they would tell me gender at 16 weeks.
Starting to think about gender loads now - and going over my sway! How was all your sways?
My nausea is in the evening to and can't even look at meat without feeling sick!

Netti: with my son I only craved sweets, not salty. I know it’s an old wives tale so you’re little girl could very possibly just want salt!! Lol. On another note though, I’m craving carbs and salt this time around - completely opposite of my boy. Could go either way!
I didn’t sway at all lol. I think if I had to guess I was more girl friendly though. We’ll see in May! [emoji23]

Just checking in to see how everyone is doing? I have my first scan on Wednesday! I am so excited! So far this pregnancy has been different than with my DS. I have little nausea, I threw up multiple times with him, and I am irritable beyond belief. With my son I was blissful and happy! Now I feel like I will punch just about anyone, which is totally not me normally. I also have a terrible copper taste in my mouth that will not go away.

Ladies!! help me!!
I am nervous! i am 8 weeks plus but I am still not having any pregnancy symptoms.No nausea, MS or Sore Boobs! (usually these were my signs even before bfp with previous 2 pregnancies)
There was little heart pumping all the love last week that put me at little ease but I am still anxious.
I am also eating a lot and getting worse hunger cramps if I am hungry and i don't get my food in next 5-10 mints. I have already put on a lot of weight due to HE diet and I am afraid this "hunger game" will make my weight go crazy :(
Samish I gained 90 lbs with my first and second sons and 50 with my last since i hadnt lost all the weight from my 2nd. From my experience boys can do that to ya. I personally was not able to control myself but I too remember not having drastic symptoms with my boys either just a little ms and tons of eating from hunger pains. Felt like i constantly had to have something on my belly.Quote:

I need to have a quick read and catch-up on the thread which I will do later tonight when the kids are in bed.
I'm feeling pretty annoyed, I had my first appt with midwife on Friday which turned out to be a waste of time as the receptionist didn't book me on the correct appt so midwife couldnt do a booking in appt as she didn't have enough time so literally she took my details and said someone will contact me in the next couple of weeks to make another appt (I will be about 10 weeks + by then) and still haven't seen anyone with regards to my pregnancy. Isn't a huge problem but if I didn't ask pharmacy for the correct does of folic acid (my bmi is higher so need bigger dose) I would have gone most of first trimester without it. Also I'm sure last pregnancy I was on a big dose vitamin D which I'm currently not getting and literally no information.
I know this is my 6th pregnancy but you forget things I just hope the list of do's and don't foods is the same and hasn't changed since my last pregnancy I just kinda feel abit abandoned.
Were I used to live as soon as phoned Dr's to say was pregnant got appt with doctor and they sorted out folic acid and supplements and also gave lots of information and made the referral to midwife. This new doctors I'm under don't see you say you need see midwife and can't even get that right :(

My first official appointment isn’t until 10+2 at my doctor’s HappyLea so I hear your frustration. Especially when they always see me around 8w the first time around. Hopefully as far as foods go you can google do’s and dont’s? I have a hard time staying away from deli meat even though I know I should. It is tough!
I’m finally feeling better but at 9 weeks I already have a bump! Ugh...and I can’t do any working out until I know more about this SCH. Just feeling blah right now; hope all you ladies are doing well!
Happylea ive only been following up with a gp for the beginning stuff, bloods nt scan referral etc. My booking in appmnt with the hospital is around 16 weeks and from there it will be with the midwife. Not sure how it works where you are im in Australia.
Samish my symptoms have been on and off. A couple of different things i have been so irritable and cranky which is not like me until at least 30 weeks. And my skin is horrible and dry as is my hair, no great hormones like my other 5 pregnancies. Also nausea happens at night for me more significantly at bedtime, never had that before. This baby also like oily salty fries [emoji52]
My NT scan is tmro at 9.30am. Im totally freaking out [emoji22]
