Noemi the best time to test using dip tests like yours is between 1-3pm and again at 7-9pm if it looks close to pos. I strongly recommend not testing prior to 11am as your earlier morning urines can affect your result. That earlier opk you posted was still quite a ways from positive. Can I ask how you know it looked like that the day before o last cycle? Are you temping and if so can I see your chart from that cycle?

Pbn3 i had similar opk cd22 in that chart and cycle was long 34 days. Every month is little bit different, i will test again today my opk:) how can i share my charts if u want to see them. Im temping from 2015:)

I'm due 18th January girlswaylondon but I'll go in a week earlier as I have to have a scheduled c-section :)
I've had such a good pregnancy up until now so I cant complain. But now I'm not sleeping well, my toilet trips have become an absolute joke and its getting harder to walk for any period of time. So much for cant complain [emoji23][emoji23]

Noemi can you post a link to your chart? That opk isn't positive however if it looks similar to what your previous ones do 1-2 days before o then go ahead and get an attempt in. However I would keep testing at 1pm over the next few days. At least then if you do get a proper positive you can decide whether to bd again (if tonights attempt has little chance of conception) or you'll o and be covered. I put instructions on how to post your chart link a few posts back. It's 10.15pm for me, if I don't respond tonight I will in the morning [emoji3]

Girlsway wow so again we are the same:) mostly i have partial positive opk one day before ovulation so in ovulation day i have very strong positive. I really dont want to miss my egg, attempt will be tonight. I really pray:pray: this is our month :pregnant: :DD:

Maybe you’re surge is short? Do you test opk twice a day?
Okay ladies. The mystery positive pregnancy test at positive OPK was proved to be a false positive. Of which I have never received. But all 4 of those showed faint lines. Went back and grabbed a FRER and it was negative. Took that as the truth. (I did google and found that a few women were getting faint positive pregnancy tests at ovulation) very odd. Since my cycle has been all over the place, I’m just relaxing and doing what I normally would do.
Now for the question: I have prometrium that was prescribed to take orally. Should I take that or use it as a suppository? Any advice using one method over the other?

Yes twice daily, around noon and in the evening
I haven’t ever been so anxious for a period to start/not start before. When I conceived my son we weren’t swaying or anything. Just DTD when we felt like it, I wasn’t keeping track of anything. This is so different trying to track ovulation, get the one attempt, ect.

Hannah - I would check with your doctor about the Prometrium. My doc prescribed Prometrium (the orange/pinkish capsules) but told me to use them vaginally. I believe they are thought to be more effective when used vaginally - but I'm surprised your doctor wasn't clear on which way you should use it.Quote:

Thanks Filzma :) I'm doing ok. The bleeding did not last long and was not very heavy - which concerns me a little, but I asked my doctor about it this morning and he said it's probably because of how low my hormone levels were. My HCG as of last Thursday was only 17 (significantly dropped from a few days before), so I'm guessing it was close to 0 when the bleeding started on Friday night. So weird. Anyways - I'm fine, ready to move on. I'm hoping AF returns in 3-4 weeks from now (it did last time) and then I will start Clomid again (doc confirmed he will give it to me again on the next cycle). Hoping for next attempt to be late January. I'm adding in more supplements/vitamins as advised by Atomic and hoping these two m/cs were both just bad luck. The doctor isn't too concerned at this point since I've had two healthy pregnancies in the past.
So I wont be in the TWW again until at the earliest late January but I'm excited to keep seeing all of you all get BFPs in the meantime :) :) :)

Yes very positive. I will see tomorrow morning if my temperature go up, it shows ovulation happend. Last time i missed my egg like that.
