Potatoes are free for protein? Does this apply to the alternate LE diet too? Wow- I can eat a bit more protein now! Does anyone know if peas are free for protein too? Sent from my SM-G930U using Tapatalk

Hopeful your temps are running higher this cycle, compared to pre o temps last... what cd did you switch to vaginally temping? Have you started sleeping with extra bedding? [emoji848]
Not sure about alternate diet but I wouldn't think peas would be counted? Maybe find an existing thread about the diet you can jump in and ask for complete verification? (Atomic may not see your question in here) I cant see how a serve of peas will matter in the scheme of things though.
I noticed that also, i just went and checked, I switched cd17 of last cycle. As we were all sick and thought it might be more accurate. I was hoping this month would be better.... No extra bedding than normal. Maybe all my stress has sent my cycle haywire . Lol

Well we'll see what tomorrow's temp does in case you've oed within 24-48 hours of pos opk. It'll all work out in the end. How is dh? Is he well enough for an attempt today? Maybe a possy that involves less movement and more rocking may be achievable??
Thank you [emoji4] he’s feeling a bit worse today, but I will try my luck .. lol [emoji23]

Ok ladies here’s my thinking...
Hubby is due to release, last was Saturday night. Do we just dtd because otherwise it might be that he releases and then it’s too soon for new sperm if opk shows up next day?
Or does it not matter & I should just keep waiting for that elusive +be opk!?
Have had ewcm yesterday & today on & off

ABC how did you go with betas?
https://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/35220b
Has he been releasing at all? I am SO very much NOT an expert on this, but looking at your previous cycle, it's like clomid did nothing for you and you're going to O near CD20 again. I'm just having this gut feeling that we both are going to get +opk in the next two days and be on similar tests days and both get our BFP. :)
So I vote to get it on girl! Have your attempt! And then in 4 days if you dont get your confirmed O, then attempt again.
Weird question but do you know what his sperm count is like? (I think you did HT at one point so just wondering if you had ever had that checked in that process?) My DH has a higher than average count but in the last 4 times we have gotten pregnant he released between 12-24 hours before our attempt - the last two pregnancies it was 24 hours before. If you know his count is normal, or higher than normal, I think he could easily build up enough if he released and then you got your +OPK a day or two later and BD-d. And plus it would be nice and fresh which might help! One of the reasons that DH was releasing within 24 hours or so before our attempts (in addition to trying to lower his sperm count a bit - which probably did not really happen) was to try to make sure he had "fresh" healthy sperm, as his morphology % is on the lower end of normal. There's some study out there too about couples having sex twice in one hour having a higher rate of conception with the 2nd batch being more potent or something. It seems to make sense to me that healthy fresh sperm is great for conception.
But really, it's your decision to make and I would say go with your instinct! Whatever your gut instinct is telling you to do is the right thing if you ask me :) If you think the +OPK is coming soon and that BD-ing today is the right thing then go for it!! Are you doing another OPK today?
Thank you! I would like to get on it!!!
Last cycle I didn’t take clomid, I had a month off to try and recoup emotionally. Ha! All that zen is completely shot now [emoji36][emoji30][emoji23][emoji51]
& seriously I hope you’re right & we get Bfps soon cause then we can refocus

I think you go for it! [emoji16]

Thank you for asking :) My HCG went from 2,532 on Friday to 7,837 today!!! So I'm super happy with that! However... my progesterone seems to be dropping. It's still over 20 but it's dropped by 13 in about a week. So - I'm freaked out about that. The nurse didn't seem at all concerned as it's still above 15 and they wont check it again but I think I will follow up with either the RE or OBGYN to ask why it would be doing that. I also ate a lot more before the 2nd and 3rd blood draws than before the 1st and I've read that eating before can affect the results (apparently progesterone drops after a meal). So - good news & stressful news :) Overall I'm feeling OK about things though and my first scan is Friday which I'm really anxious for!
Emshe if you're still wanting to do one attempt at pos opk, have dh release himself or with you using a condom. If you get a pos opk day after next he'll have a nice fresh load ready to go [emoji6]

Does this help ABC?
From feedback all was normal but you might have more idea reading this?
I’m so confused. I’ve waited this long for the positive that I’m getting very impatient. So me!

That’s my thought too but what if I get it tomorrow? Is it then too soon for the little swimmers to regroup, he he

That’s great hcg growth, so happy for you. I remember being told it’s hard to pick up the progesterone properly by bloods, but do follow it up to give you peace of mind, I’m sure it’s all good. maybe you could do progesterone in oil shots as a last resort if youre super worried. Not fun but very effective
Scan Friday! I’ll be wishing away the hours for you until then.

Stay online gals... waiting for evening opk results.
Ooooh I’m waiting!

Fingers are crossed for that line!!!

So the sperm count # that is important there is 40 million/ml, which is definitely normal!! If you look to the right you'll see the >=15 which means anything above 15 million is considered normal. I don't know much about "total sperm count" but that number DEFINITELY seems high!! I think the Normal Forms is what our reports here call morphology - basically what % of the sperm is "normal shaped" versus misshapen. And 9% is very good!! (I know - it seems low but I think the normal range is like 4-14% or something)
Ehhh given that I think you should have him release tonight and keep waiting for that +OPK! I think with a 40 million count he probably could build up enough again if you BD-d 24 hours or so later!!
Solid smiley! 10:30 pm here. The bottom wondfo is my blazing in comparison. The second to bottom was at 5pm and the third from bottom is this am at fmu. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...d7c0827dd2.jpg
Righteo then! Thank you you knowledgeable woman, maybe you could be a fertility specialist. How much do we learn through all this, crazy

Omg! Go go go catch that egg HGMama
Cheer squad are all around the globe supporting you right now[emoji23]

He he love this!
https://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/35220b
LOL I know right?! I knew nothing about sperm analyses until DH had his done last October and I wanted to know what all the numbers meant! But yea it's crazy how much we learn going through all this drama!! I actually really like learning about medical stuff though - if I could go back and do things differently I probably would have become a nurse. Ahhh regrets :)
So is, I’m hanging to be running off to the bedroom

There’s always regrets, but you never know what the future holds.
https://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/35220b
Curious, how long do you ladies hold before doing opk?
I have one step which I think are very similar to the wondfo. I must have the smallest bladder and find it quite difficult. I’m trying for 3 hours and I’m thirsty because I’m limiting fluids. The things we do
https://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/35220b
I agree with Abc and think dh should release tonight. It's doing say four, five, six (over as many days) attempts in a row that isn't advised as by the time you o your hubby could be pretty much shooting blanks.
In relation to holds, 3 hours is definately long enough while restricting fluids.
Woohoo hgmama!!!! Go get baby dancing [emoji126][emoji109][emoji122][emoji322][emoji312][emoji91][emoji131]
Okey dokey! Will get him to early as possible tonight THANKYOU ladies.
3 it is if I’m lucky
https://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/35220b
Emshe even 2 - 2.5 hours is ample if you've restricted fluids to just a sip here and there and not drunk heaps during the day
Thank you emshe, eighme, ABC, and pbn3 for the cheers around the world. [emoji23]
Let's just say... I needed pbn3's advice from the end of May and it worked brilliantly. [emoji6]
Yeehah hgmama [emoji12]!!
