Hi 4blue2pink! You did the right thing testing again if it looked really close to pos in the afternoon and yes would suggest testing twice in a day but not unless its nearly positive. Having a negative opk the next day doesn't mean you ovulated, simply means you passed your peak lh. Ovulation will generally take place 12-48 hours after first pos opk so without temping you wont know exactly which day or if you geared up to o and didn't. If not temping I'd continue on with e4d (either 72 or 96 version) after your bd at pos opk.

Katiemay I'm so sorry [emoji17] these faint lines on IC's have been causing alot of heartache lately. Maybe try and hold out testing until 10dpo and with frers? What dpo are you now?

Hello everyone and welcome to the new people! CD11 tomorrow and doing E4D again. Still plan on opk and temp. It is summer here so the heat and air conditioning might make for some confusing temps.
It's interesting to hear about weather/seasons where everyone is from. It is summer here but no fires in the northeastern part of the U.S.

On cycle day 3. This AF and a weekend party made me VERY BAD at the LE diet for the first time.... I actually just ditched watching and counting because I was over everything by breakfast. Whatever. At it again. And I didnt exercise either.... hopefully it wont mess too much with my sway. I even ate meat. Argh!

Was temp taken earlier or later than usual and by how long if later? Taking a temp later than usual can make a temp look falsely high...

Mom25boys, I had a cheat 3-4 days on vacation regarding food and had no exercise for a week! Atomic told me not to worry about it. A day or two here and there are fine. It helps us stay in the diet in the long run, and the long run is what counts.Sent from my SM-G930U using TapatalkQuote:

Ladies, I tested this morning at 9dpo and I saw the palest, slightest, faint blue pregnant line. It's visible to me, but when I click a picture, the visibility fades significantly. Can you see anything? I don't want to get excited until I see a darker line, but FX!
I tested using the CVS equivalent of frer. It's supposed to catch HCG 5 days before period.

I got my hopes up this last cycle with faint positives (darker than that) on blue dye tests. I was so sure I was pregnant. They were all false poditives. Never going to buy blue dye tests again!!!

I tested with my frer (not fmu) and it's a BFN. And now that I know about staying away from blue dye tests, I'm pretty sure the faint line I saw today was a false positive :-(

This is my 2nd cycle TTC a girl..
Last month DH did frequent release and we only BD once with 3 day cut off. Im taking my supps, diet, cardio, Refresh every 3 days...
Hubby is 39 so abstaining is not my best option. But he didn't do that well with FR, he had a hard time the day of the attempt. The attempt was not successful...
Im thinking what I should change... what are your strategies this month?

Hey! Welcome. I'm not doing supplements just folic acid. On the LE diet and exercising 6 days a week. Dh isnt changing anything but on the week of O he will take olive leaf probably. Missionary, one attempt on day of positive OPK. That's all :) maybe I'll take antihistamine. Not sure

That sounds good... FR was kind of stressful for us.. I have 3 boys who I conceived on O day, +OPK day, and O day. So I want to to things a bit differently..
