Amari, regarding the Vitex, I agree w/the others...Skip the Vitex! Just my "2 cents". Are you still waiting on AF?
I'm still waiting and waiting for AF...It's CD36!!!!! AAAARRRRGGGG!!! No signs of it yet :( It's Feb 1st...I just want to start a new cycle!
Jen, I hope AF comes soon so you can have your cheat day and then start plotting your next sway! Any idea of what you'll drop/keep in for the Feb. attempt?
hey all i too plan on a cheat day when my af comes in march, can i cheat with some meat...... prob chicken as thats my fav, what do you all think ???
I think lean chicken is fine for a girl sway, like chicken breasts. I would avoid fried chicken, or any chicken dark meat, as that's of course more fatty.

Sugar's still not a friend, but I'm OK with that. I've been indulging in whatever I can handle and it's been a yum feast! I had a gyro last night and it was pretty good, though I couldn't finish it all. Problem I'm having with sickness is that if I eat too fast I think I'm going to be sick. So I haven't enjoyed much sugar/sweets at all, but I'm way induldging in fruit & meat, particuarly fish...I love white fish. It's so nice to eat any food that I can stomach now, and not have to worry about counting calories, fat, etc, just worry about whether or not it's going to agree with me!
I got my confirmation scan on Monday and very excited but nervous about it. Can't wait to see my little blobby bub in there, and get my measurements! Want to confirm when I did O and also I am going to ask for the true transerve section to try to get a gender clue ala Ramzi theory!

That's great that you're able to eat healthy things. Last pregnancy, although I'm usually a vegetarian, I just wanted to eat fish 24/7...I couldn't get enough, lol!

My cycles is always 28 days, but after diet and supps it's all messed up! AF one week early now! I thought I would have lost some weights by now since I eat very little. Should we wait because of that? After having our boy I have lost about 5 kg/11lbs, but nothing lately.
I'm still hoping I still have a chance. The ONLY pregnancy tests I've been using are the kind like these (well, they're identical, anyway) - Pregnancy Tests Strips
How reliable have these been for any ladies on here? I remember using them with my other pregnancies, but I seem to recall my first two pregnancies (that I lost) I DID end up using a First Response one and then with my son I used one of these, but I tested for the first time when I was around 5 1/2 weeks... so, naturally, SUPER positive (I didn't know I was pregnant, still post-miscarriage pre-AF returning!)
So, I wonder if there is still hope yet for me? I'm almost tempted to get some clearblue or first response off amazon or eBay...
Or wondering if I shouldn't bother and just wait this entire week out for a period and see if it comes at all...
Suregena - You are not out til af comes. I never got a bfp til 2 days past when my af was due with all my boys. There is still hope. Maybe wait a few days -- though I know it is sooo hard.
KnockYBallsOff- I have lost a lot of weight too. 15 lbs. in 6 weeks. It's not crazy too much too fast though so I am not worried. I am losing roughly 2-3 lbs. a week. Don't want to lose more than that b/c I don't want to stop ovulation.
Amari- I am not taking Vitex -- only Saw Palmetto because I want to lower my T level.
Hope&Dream- Thank you -- it was such an emotional roller coaster...to be honest it still hurts. This week was my due date for the twins I conceived in May. It hurts because I wish I could change things and maybe they would be here. I know they were 100% healthy and perfect b/c I had a tissue analysis done after my d&c and everything was perfect...they were perfect.
My dh and I were dtd one night and during I was kinda feeling some pain but just wanted him to finish so we could be done. When it was over I was cramping so bad I could hardly walk. The next evening the bleeding started and it was all down hill from there. Having sex caused me to have uterine cramping -- and being I was only nearly 6 weeks, the cramping caused me to miscarry.
I was so depressed, I felt like I lost the only girls I would ever have. I still think that might be true. If I could take back that night I would in a heartbeat -- the biggest regret of my life and always will be. If that night never happened...I just might have been holding my newborn baby girls today.
prayforprincess - I'm soooo sorry for all the pain you're feeling :hugs:.
I know. Today was my AF due date! I am also very bloated tonight... could be due to incoming AF... could be something else? I weighed myself... I somehow weigh 4lbs more than the same time last night! WHAT THE! It better be the bloating, geez!Quote:

For the record, I started bloating like crazy from the moment I got my BFP...and I still am a month later.

ootb-Yes, just like you still waiting for af! Did you take another test? My goodness, I had my +opk on Jan 15th, she is taking her sweet time! So you are not doing fr this time, are you going to abstain or do neither?
Seems that AS is the only one that thinks I should do Vitex for the month! So confused!
Amari, I thought that vitex worked best if taken for at least 3 months. Initially it can muck things around, but after 3 months it all settles down? That was my take on it from what I've read and been told.
Prayforprincess, this must be a very difficult time for you. On the one hand missing your twins, and on the other hoping for a new baby and new beginning. Try not to beat yourself up with the 'what ifs', though I am sure it is easier said than done.

These symptoms are pretty convincing. My digital tests have shipped today so fingers crossed AF doesn't show up...
I feel mildly like I've got the butterflies, i.e.maybe like extra blood flow, mildly headachey this morning though it's gone now, had some light cramping today and more light one sided twinging, very hungry this morning :(, and thinking over this week, I have hit the snooze button 4-6 times each morning! And I was feeling groggy/heavy eyed last night at 8pm but still stayed up so don't know if there is any significance to that at all.
Lower back light twingey pain and a 'fullness' feeling.
I must be crazy! Wait for AF ro show up and make me feel foolish!

Not sure. I'm always regular and doubt I didn't ovulate, it's just a case of when. I was using really cheap opk's but also checked my CP/CM, for what it's worth. High and stretchy Cm from 19th to 21st. Then CM changed to creamy and to very little and CP was low. Today CP is high, so... *shrugs*
I'll be temping next time if I'm not!
Suregena, are you often late or are your cycles really regular?
My gut feeling is telling me you may be pregnant. I just got a feeling about this for you. I hope the Clearblues give you a clear BFP!!
Amari, I agree with Rainbow....you need to really listen to your gut. We are very well meaning to give advice out, but at the end of the day, you have to decide what sway YOU want/are able to do. :agree:

I really feel for you with the PGD that you did and the twin baby girls that were lost :( I can only imagine that kind of pain and hurt losing your little girls must have been....
I must say that your vast knowledge about TTC pink for a sway is immense, and I think it's really, really great instead of letting the dream go and not trying anything again, you are arming yourself for the best possible sway you can do to try to get a daughter....I really commend your efforts. I think it's great you haven't given up, but you found a way to try to make your dream still happen. :celebrate:
