I lost 5 pounds really fast when I started but I've stayed the same since then. Maybe I'm having too many calories. All I know is I miss meat so bad. Lol I can't wait to be done w this diet!

Ya I think my protein is a little on the low end too. I'm bruising really easily too.
I do fixate on food too much, and my ovulation issues (at he obgyn riggggghht now) but k know I'm Martha. I have done what I can to forget about it but it is what it is.

Lunch - lots of instant mashed potatoes made with light margarine and 2% milk 640 cals 4g fat 8g protein
Supper will be
Rotini with tomato sauce 572 cals 3.4g fat 19 G protein
Treat - 1 lil cookie - homemade - idk how Many cals but I'll say166 cals, 3.3 g fat
Way low on fat today.
