I think I am past ovulation or ovulating now as I had a positive opk yesterday at 11.30 am so we dtd then. Did the 7 day abstain again which I'm quite worried about as I have heard it lowers sperm quality

Thank you . U too. Hate the 2ww. Def still keeping up the diet in the 2ww this time. I will test at around 9-10 dpo. I can never wait the full two weeks.lol

I had a chemical back in November so I am in camp ignorant is bliss [emoji6]! I wait for AF to be late by a day or two. So far she has come right on time! We will see though- maybe she will forget her boarding pass sometime [emoji6]

I always keep up the diet and exercise in the 2ww. The first two days of AF are my cheat and break from exercise days. That helps me cope tremendously and makes it easier to have something to kind of look forward to during a frustrating time.
