It takes me 7-10 days to do the plans so it should be coming your way very soon. If you want me to send you the original immediately upon completion instead of having to wait another day or two for it to be posted please message me your email and I'll send it to you when I send it in to tech support to be reformatted.

Yes, they're totally confidential, only you and I (and the lady who posts the plans for me, although she never reads them) can see the plan and the coaching forum.
I only need the barest medical information - whatever would affect trying to conceive. You don't have to share anything with me that you are less than comfortable with. :)
Hi, I want to thank everyone for their hard work in this website. I've been reading some of the comments and I the information shared here is very informative and interesting. I want to ask a question, but since I am new in this thread thing please forgive me if I wrote in the wrong one. I am gluten free and they saying how important is the morning breakfast. I am in Gluten Free diet and I don't know if my cereal counts? I also want to ask about the plan you can purchase and I don't see the prices. I want to know how much Potassium and Sodium should I take for the boy sway. Thank you
