Oh and hopper it would depend how diluted your urine was. Even after a 2 hour hold, did you have heaps of fluid during the day?

Thanks ladies! I am on the way home now and on my tab. Just had a look at the pic on the tab and I can't see a second line at all so am thinking maybe it was the phone camera that made it appear that way. I thought I saw a shadow in person when I took the test but it was a pee and dash kinda test so didn't get to squint too much at it lol. It's about 12 hours til morning pbn so not a massive wait by any means. I had three big coffees and a couple of glasses of water over the course of the day. I'll make sure to not get up and go to the bathroom tonight when the boys inevitably wake - though they didn't wake last night so here's hoping that's the start if some better sleep for mama!!

Again ladies, please just ASK in the forums if you aren't sure rather than saying "I think this or that" because it ends up saving tons of time and confusion in the end.

peppermint tea can be drunk by either DH or DW. For DH it takes the place of LR (and yes it does raise estrogen). For DW it takes the place of saw palmetto.

We do not know which option is better in any case - we'd need studies done in people doing nothing to sway.

Pbn I will try and hang on until 10dpo! [emoji120] but if my temp stays up no doubt I'll cave sooner than that!

God my back is killing me :( I'm wearing a brace but cant wear it all day. Wish I was more than 5dpo and knew if I was pregnant or not so I could take my anti inflammatory pills. I'm in for a long week so if I don't post as much as usual (resident chatterbox here :))you'll know why. I've had some cramping last few days but its hard to say its not related to my back. All in all feeling pretty miserable - need to see some bfps to cheer me up! Bring them in ladies!!
