I test baked chocolate chip and butterscotch cookies last night. This weekend is going to be difficult with the amount of baking I'm doing for my son's 2nd birthday. HOW do you resist freshly baked treats? Oh, man. :(
AM: Hot chocolate
AM: again... 2 chocolate chip/butterscotch chip cookies... :(
Lunch: 2 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles, 3 Ryvita crackerbreads, lettuce, 1 lighter choices carrot and orange slice, Diet Cherry Coke, JELLY BEANS!
Suddenly on my way home from work and picking up my son from his childminder, I got REALLY hot (it's cold and raining!!), started sweating, got weak/shakey/wobbly, and I got a little freaked out. Maybe my blood sugar plummeted from the jelly beans? But it was bad... I had one cookie leftover that I brought from work and I ate it, :(, to try to feel better. And, about 20 minutes later, I felt normal again.
Dinner: Long grain rice, sliced peppers, mushrooms, low fat creme fraiche. 1 Dr Pepper
Snack: Jelly beans
A high calorie day. :(
