Twins can happen in Vitex..but I don't think they are as common as twins are with Clomid.
With Vitex I took the 400 mg two pills a day and in the morning. I've heard it absorbs best then.

The chance of twins is seriously freaking me out! DH keeps joking that it better not be twins and I haven't even told him about the increased chance with vitex.

Most people on this site are taking vitex and all the twins save one have been from Clomid, not vitex. The other set of twins were identical and vitex does not cause ID twinning. I don't think vitex causes twinning very strongly at all.Quote:

And I just wanted to add to quench my thirst I actually MUST have Ginger ale because it helps with the nausea. During dinner I take a few bites and feel like it's all about to come back up and then ginger ale clears it all up and I force drink seltzer water :sigh: & 100% juice only because I now crave juice other than that water is my best friend. Try lemon or lime or both to trick your mind into thinking it's some type of juice instead of plain water and there's flavored seltzer water as well
