So, CD 1 for me (not TTC atm though) and I have started some weight loss shakes to help me shed some kilos! I am actually feeling SO much better about getting in shape before swaying. I have decided to also review what supps to take and my diet - I am not letting myself get so fat ever ever again! I am sure we can sway boy without putting on weight (well fat weight anyway, happy to gain if it is muscle!!) and getting fat and sloppy, lol!!!
I don't throw up, I think my body hates it so much that I stop it from happening. I do have diarrhoea every morning though, I'd rather that than vomiting! I just feel so queezy it's horrible, I look very pale and I'm probably loosing weight.Quote:

Jane- you can't take to much FA so it's ok! Im taking around 3800 or 4000 with the prenatal together. If you take 5000 you can have twins so Im not going there LOL.

It was so good with DD1 I had nothing at all! Not 1 day . Normal sick with DD2 and more with DD3 and horrible with DD4!
So all my was different I can't look at it like it's a girl or a boy for sure because it's so different LOL.
What good is for you that you don't have other kids to take care of so sick. OMG now that's hard to do. All I wanted is to lay on the sofa and go sleep but I had to take care, make food ( yuck) and so on.

Yeah, morning sickness means nothing about gender. With dd1 I was only sick in the mornings when I first woke up. With dd2, I just felt nauseous all day long! I think I threw up maybe 5 times with her. But I'd rather just throw up and get it over with than just feeling like I need to but can't, kwim? My sister was soooo sick with both her boys especially the last. She lost about 15lbs and I think she was sick the first 5-6 months too. She couldn't keep anything down. I was really worried about her (she lives in Maryland and I live in Alabama). He will be 1 next month and weighs only 19lbs. He has GERD and is having trouble gaining weight himself.
Anyway, I've tried phenegren and zofran for the nausea. I liked the phenegren. The zofran worked great got me constipated which, in turn, gave me hemmorhoids lol. Be careful there! ;)
