The nurse said the biopsy has to be done around CD24 so more than likely I'll have O'ed by then.
Sorry I know having to wait is just awful
Xx - was your Coq10 that you took ubiquinol form? Good Lord, I've only been taking 100mg of ubiquinol - I hope that was enough. Also Hun, did you take that same dose of folic acid all the way through your pregnancy? If I get a BFP is ubiquinol the only sup I have to wean off of? I'm 6DPO today and get a bit nervous/excited whenever I think about doing my first HPT. How soon do you ladies start testing? Funny how we forget these details. People can be sooo thoughtless and tactless sometimes can't they? I have a friend who said to me the other day she was sure my last baby (the one I miscarried last year) was a girl and that I will get pregnant again with another boy. WTH? Then I had my Mother here the other day telling me how I could've died when I had that miscarriage and I really should just be content with what I have. I'm all for freedom of speech, but whatever happened to plain old tactfulness? I would never say these sorts of things to others because I think of how they are going to affect a person before I say them. I know my mother means well but she does have an uncanny knack of planting the seed of doubt in my mind at any opportunity. I'm already going to be worried enough about the risk of another miscarriage if I get another BFP but I certainly don't need reminders. I pray all of you get your BFPs very soon. Don't give up. I'm a big believer in that if you want something badly enough it will happen. I had my first at 36 and my third at 40 (was almost 41) naturally and fell pregnant last year in June when I was 43 but miscarried at 10 weeks (just to update for anyone who doesn't know my history). :)
1moregirl, that's so awful your mom said that to you! When I told my mom recently about my repeat losses, she said "well if you do have another miscarriage, at least you already have two kids." I was flabbergasted by what she said. I know she meant well, but sometimes she doesn't realize how insensitive she can be. I think in these situations, it's just best for people to not say anything other than sorry.
aww goodluck ladies, and ksmom for your biopsy too xx
You slowly wean off the foilc acid/ folate by the end of the first trimester (even if you start taking a prenatal upon BFP) and wean off of CoQ10 upon BFP.
Yes, I took Ubiquinol.

I don't recall what my amh was but my FSH was 13 and afc 6-9 at age 33. I was sure this meant I would never conceive. I immediately started fertility acupuncture (I found out it was covered by my insurance which was a bonus), increased my CoQ10, and stopped drinking coffee. I also tried to not eat a lot of processed food. I did some fertility yoga as well.
I know some of these things sway boy but I read they helped with egg quality. I found a lot of boards with supportive women who had been through it. I ended up getting an IUI and taking clomid which ultimately helped. Thankfully it worked pretty quickly and we didn't have to pay as much as I thought we would. My RE also financed their services.
It's still very possible to get pregnant. My dr never felt like I'd have trouble despite what I read online. I felt hopeless and remember laying in my bed crying that I'd never get pregnant. I don't know if you remember but I had a cp the cycle I got my diagnosis with no medical intervention and I had just given up coffee and gone to acupuncture twice at that point.

For those who Increased there CoQ10 intake, did you split the Doses throughout the day or take them all at once? I'm at 200 of Ubiquionol now. Just wondering
