bluebonnet - that is hilarious! The only things I really avoided during PG were things like camembert and brie unless they were deep fried. Also avoided swordfish and calamari where possible. But definitely not sushi :) I could eat some now...................

1:30pm – Giant freddo frog
6pm – Konjac “rice” with a zucchini & mushrooms, garlic, chilli, basil, balsamic vinegar & a little blue cheese (so sort of like a cross between a stir fry & a risotto…. Or maybe an Italian Stir fry??? Oh the weird meals you come up with on LE!!)

Now I know what a "Freddo frog" and "konjac" are. The things you learn from reading this thread! Lychee candy made out of konjac used to be quite popular here when I was a kid but I had no idea you could make rice/pasta out of it.. fascinating!
Sorry for the completely non swaying related post !

so yesterday wasnt a particularly healthy day but at the moment it cant be helped as my mum is visiting.
520am - coffee with whole milk
12.15pm - leftover from the night before: fresh fusilli pasta with provencale vegetable sauce, mushrooms, leeks and babycorn. I added some brie to this and also had a salad with beetroot.
3.45pm - some almond breeze chocolate flavour milk and a graze fruit and seed flapjack
8.00pm - pizza express pollo pesto pizza, I added mushrooms to this. Also had a good serving of heinz garlic sauce instead of chilli oil to reduce fat consumption. My mum made the same dessert again but added crushed biscuits to it!!! I dont think there was more than half or maybe 3/4 a biscuit in there but it had this plus the same things as before - low fat strawberry yoghurt, some strawberries and creme fraiche - I saw that it was half fat creme fraiche and not the lowest fat....
so approx 2000 cals, 65g fat and 60g protein
Today I have a half day so I am meeting my mum in a pub for lunch, then we are going to the theatre and then a curry..............so everything will be way over today............

9:00 coffee
12:30 2 boiled potatoes
17:30 homemade veggie lasagne, homemade lemon cake, homemade yeast cake, 1 piece homemade garlic bread
I was too lazy to figure out exactly the figures for fat in the lasagne as only cals were given in the recipe but I guessed.
Fat 34, protein 23, cals 1370
It's "father's day" here in Germany and most guys go out drinking. My husband included. He's actually gone for a little mtn bike trip as well so we all ate breakfast together before he left. Oh well, 1 breakfast of a croissant won't ruin my sway ;)

Today started well & ended badly after a stupid work colleague took credit for my work. Like blatantly had my whole office of 250 people showering accolades over him for something he did no work on WHATSOEVER other than forwarding an email I wrote including attached documents I have been working on alone in unpaid time FOR MONTHS out to the entire office, removing my name & replacing it with his. So needless to say I've had a right shit of a day!!!!! 😤😡😢
8am - skim milk flat white with an extra shot of coffee & Equal
12:15pm - Tom yum soup with rice noodles & zucchini
1pm - giant Freddo frog
2pm - scone with jam & cream
6pm - fish & chips & a beer
Later - wine, beer
1960 cal 60g protein, 60g fat
