Yesterday for me
Coffee
Lunch was a peice of flatbread vegetarian pizza with goat cheese, red peppers and arugula drizzled with balsamic dressing.
Diet coke
Dinner was 2 spring rolls from a Thai place. 1/2 cup pad thai with tofu
Diet coke
2 glasses of wine
Late night Snack was 2 chocolate chip cookies.

We wanted to start after 12 weeks on the diet but had to DTD too many days before ovulation due to DH being away so missed the window :-(
I should ovulate in approximately three days assuming my cycle is back to normal. So we'll probably DTD on the day. I'm not using OPKs but am temping so hopefully that'll be the right day!
That's so exciting!
I'm so annoyed bc I'm day 29 today and still no AF. Last month it came day 20. We haven't attempted yet so it's just the longest waiting period ever right now for me.

It's all so frustrating! Not sure when to DTD! Once while swaying my cycle extended to 40 days!! I just kept thinking where's AF or a BFP?!
I think it's the combination of lower protein and fat that does it. Sometimes eating "good" fats within the limits helps. I've been eating 2-4 eggs a week and full fat cream in my coffee daily, and my bbt chart looks much better this cycle. Although, I am also on Clomid too.
I'm keeping in the limits even with the eggs and cream.
