My favorite snacks were: Kashi GoLean dark chocolate cherry granola bars, a Luna protein bar, a handful of walnuts and 2TBSP of raisins, a banana, or an apple. Sometimes I would have air popped popcorn.

Thank you ladies - this is all so so helpful. I think it's possible I have pretty much transformed myself into one of you now - or the way you were before the pink swaying anyhow. What I mean is, I could NEVER go back to my old pink tendencies. I used to live with low blood pressure all day long, whereas I now consider it an emergency! And the idea of all the cardio I used to do? No, no. Thank you, this is really great.
Instead of snacking I used to eat a lot of chewing gum all at once because the sweetness tricks your brain into thinking it's getting sugar. This is plainly not a healthy thing to do but probably good for a pink sway!
Thank you so, so much for the tips. I can totally see how that didn't make you overweight, particularly if you have a good metabolism from muscle etc.
So....I had some VERY VERY light spotting this morning and I'm pretty terrified that it's NOT implantation bleeding. Too scared to test and anyway if it is IB then it wouldn't show up for about three days, right? Ugh I do not want to be 39 I want to be 29 with years of babymaking ahead of me. Why did I have to meet DH so late?!!
when I said 'it wouldn't show up for about three days, right?" I meant a BFP - because the hcg would need to build up from the day of IB. Or am I wrong?
I hope it's implantation bleeding for you.
Do you have any other symptoms?
I chickened out and didn't test at 9 DPO. Probably tomorrow.
I have some mild cramping and it's making me a bit worried.

Hi Healthygirl - I definitely have frequent urination. But the trouble is, all these super early symptoms can just be progesterone from your cycle, can't they?
So you didn't test in the end? Maybe it was for the best. 9dpo really is very early. I am going to try my hardest to wait. I have cramping too - but I am obsessing about the spotting this morning so I could easily be imagining it. The mind does strange things in the 2ww! FX your cramping is implantation.
I said it could be implantation. 9dpo is the most common day.
I am 7dpo. Hoping to see at least a v faint line by 10 dpo. I do have a feeling we didn't catch the egg this month. Def the first month i have felt negative about things
Tm29 no I didnt test.
Good luck to all of us!
Let's all have hope for a BFP!

Really sad to say I think I'm out at 9dpo. This is not implantation bleeding, I'm pretty sure. I have cramps and even though it's lighter than a normal AF it's more than the tiny trace IB usually is from what I understand. I did have a very heavy IB when I was pg last time, but I have a strong feeling this is not the same - just more messed up cycle from my mc last Dec. It has taken so so long to recover!
Wow I'm feeling so sad. I'm scared I might not get pg at all. I'll still test in a few days but it seems pretty pointless. This is a weird, very early AF.
