I had days like that so very often. I made sure to give myself some sort f break though.
Like I probably would have gotten myself a small vegetarian fried rice in that situation. Don't be too hard in yourself Hun or your T levels will start to rise

Dh and I are off to the Drs again this afternoon. :fx:Hopefully the Dr agrees with Dh having the treatment and taking the tablets. We won't be in for a chance this cycle/month as I am due to O in the next few days. Hopefully dh can start treatment asap.
