Part 9: Due December 2017, January, February and March 2018
Bluebooties- You are such a gem! Here you are going through a massive amount of uncertainty with your sweet baby, and you are helping to ease my ridiculous, overdue mind! Thank you [emoji8]! Thank you to everyone!
My DH reminded me last night of our scare with DS2. We had to have a follow up scan to get better measurements at our NT scan. He came back with an abnormal nasal bone and a really thick Nuchal fold. Based on the bloodwork they did (Quad screen) we were told he had an 80% chance of having Downs Syndrome. We prepared ourselves. Well once we had wrapped our minds around that, at my anatomy scan, he was completely normal. I don稚 think I could bring myself to believe it until I held him in my arms!
I知 hoping the same holds true for you and your baby! I知 praying that the genetic tests all come back normal.
