Oh I have no clue about the LE diet.
It's just pretty much the opposite of the boy diet - low nutrient, low protein, low calorie, low sodium.
Max 40g protein per day
Max 700-100mg of sodium per day
1500-1800 calories per day
Eat simple carbs (white rice, regular pasta, etc) over complex carbs.
I'm sure you could modify it to make it a bit healthier and less bland and still lose the weight - the calorie restrictions are likely the biggest factor.
I don't know how to count calories and don't really want to do it lol but af is here so on the diet now. Need to loose a lot...
