I do go easier on coffee and exercise and don't drink alcohol at all. I found some studies saying getting pregnant will be more difficult if a certain daily amount of coffein is exceeded, I think it was 200 or 300 mg. So I try to stay under 200 mg in the tww and therefor I mix my coffee powder with decaf coffee powder and drink my normal 3 or 4 cups.
With exercise I do it like you did, I decrease intensity. Normally I walk on a treadmill at 5 km/h and in the tww, especially around possible implantation, I reduce to 4.5 km/h. Don't know if this has any effect but it makes me feel less guilty [emoji6]
But I know many others just do what they always do [emoji4]
