I’m bummed again. I had my first ultrasound on Tuesday, and baby is measuring right on track! With a heart rate of 133! The problem is I ovulated from my left ovary. I’ve read a couple of places that say more girls come from the left and more boys come from the right. I know this is likely hogwash, but after my high hcgs and now this, I’m beginning to feel defeated.

Happy that your baby is healthy.. Don't worry about which side you ovulated, this is least least digestible old wives tale. The ovary release an egg, not girl or boy! only the sperm determine the gender. If believes are in the old wives tale, then a HR of 133 is in a boy territory..
So just chilll SG..
Don't worry you ll get ur baby boy...

Don't worry about left and right you have a great chance of getting your boy like ruu said it doesn't matter left or right according to atomic :-) so pleased your little one is growing on track and a strong HB another old wives tale HB below 150 means boy lol xx

Like ruu said take a test which detects hcg 4 or 6 days before AF.. Maybe there's something cooking...

Haha! I’m trying so hard to chill! Lol!
I do have some pregnancy symptoms already. No throwing up, but I do get nauseated usually around when I eat. Sometimes I have to stop eating because it grosses me out. Im tired. And I get kind of dizzy.

Guys I had ov pain this noon on my left side a bit more and light cramps on the right side too... So relieved..
But I ended up with almost 2 attempts. What are the chances of pink with 2 attempts..?? Hope it doesn't alter the chances of having a girl..

Woww good that's still manageable.. I too was never spewing up when I had my son, just nausea and nothing else..
