Bluedreaming will dd sit on the toilet? I think getting them comfortable with it early may really help instead of waiting for the traditional signs that they're ready... wish I'd done that in hindsight [emoji848]

I haven't tried yet, I am wanting to give it a go. She has done a few no1s on potty but then stopped. Might have to get her the step up seat so it's easier for her and she can hold on

Blue – definitely would recommend getting one of those seats with a step/handles (DD2 can get herself up now) – one of the best investments we’ve made – plus the bonus is no yucky potty to clean up afterwards!
Also, I think they feel like they are doing it like mum and dad so they feel grown up and it encourages them too!
