I'm going to have avocado and cheddar tomorrow (making nacho's mmm!) and am just having a small portion with loads of salad on the side. I'm a vegetarian, so I think I can splurge a little bit here and there sometimes ;)

Ladies - I'm having a hard time finding unfortified or whole grain products. I may be doing the pcos diet. If something is just wheat, is that ok? I found pita that was just wheat.
I just eat white bread. I'm not concerning myself with the fortified part. White bagels, English muffins... That kinda jazz.

I ate friiiiies for the first time in months. I felt nasty. I ate the Mediterranean veggie wrap too and a diet coke.
I can in JUST under 60 grams of fat

A lot of the white breads I've found are fortified. Maybe it's because I'm in the US. I shop at trader joes mostly.
Ya, im in Canada and im sure ours is too - I just figure it's a minor detail (for me) I cut cereal and milk - both bigger offenders than the breads I believe, as far as I know. Idk im not sweating the minerals so much.

I eat a lot of matzo crackers or other natural crackers with low fat cheese. And just regular white bread. I don't want to focus too much on what's in everything, as it's stressing me out too much.
Oh fries! I LOVE fries! I actually ate tons of fries when I conceived my DD, but then again would eat very little otherwise to even it out.
