DH came home early yayyy:) so if I did ovulate yesterday maybe I caught the egg today! Or even better, I will ovulate in the next day or two :)
I went ahead and did BSF just cuz I was dry as a bone. So now I'm sitting here with my hips propped up praying I got the egg if I O'd yesterday :p and that I get a blue sticky by the end of all this frustration! :)
Hope this is your month nann3r!!☺... I was do worried about my husband's antisperm antibodies and lo and behold I had a chemical last month! So it's good in a way I know u can get pregnant. Also last month I did terrible on my girl sway so hopefully I do better this month 😊

Yeah I'm not totally confident with my boy sway.. I don't normally do dark meat.. So I switched back to white meats but I've been trying to keep my protein high. I've also been taking robitussin but only once a day. /: but for this attempt I did big O before and big O after. And I was on top. AND it was deep penetration cuz it was pretty uncomfortable in there.. Def cervix action.. (Tmi) [emoji23][emoji23] but I've been keeping my calories as high as possible without gaining weight.. I've mostly maintained. I've been lifting weights too. And only running a mile a day.. So my boy sway is iffy... /: one can only pray at this point !

Wow my habits sound awfully boy friendly lol. I love weights and despise cardio. So I still weight train but I walk alot with the stroller and I have very low muscle mass naturally... like a ectomorph noodle lol. So I hope that will counteract the weight training.

As often as possible! I always start with a large breakfast though. Protein shake and two eggs. So I get about 35-40 grams of protein in before 9:00am. And then a snack between there, little more protein. And then meat for lunch.. Usually white meat though. My macros are usually around 40%carbs 35%protein and 25%fat

Oh and my shakes always have 1-2 bananas in them. Just 1-2 frozen bananas, protein powder, green superfood powder and a little bit of cacao powder. So basically protein, potassium, antioxidants and greens! :)
I def like both cardio and weights.. But when I got pregnant with DD I was running 3-6 miles daily give or take. And I was lifting too. But it was low weight high reps. So outside of running throughout the day, my gym routine consisted of running a mile as fast as possible, lifting weights fast- high reps lower weight, then ending on a 30 minute HIIT circuit. And sometimes if DH wasn't done lifting I'd go run another mile or sit on a bike. So I was brining fat like it was my job! And my calories were way too low for the amount of calorie burn. So I always had low blood sugar. Ate a very light girl friendly diet. And vuala- I have a baby girl. Haha even though I thought for sure I would get all boys.
My routine is def cut way back from that. Only run a mile a day, moderate pace. And lift for 30 minutes- slow and heavy. Then end on a circuit still, but it's usually only 10-15 minutes.
I'm a personal trainer so I can't bring myself to cut things out completely. I'll just modify them and reign them in a little!
