Since the first place the U/S tech went was in between the legs and you both saw nothing, then I would say yes, it's fine. In my past pregnancies I wanted to not go until week 22 or 23 to be absolutely sure, but I think the techs are much better now at finding out at 15 weeks, and when I get prego again, that is when I want to go!!! :)
