Jumping in here. Hoping one last time!!!!!
JP. ..gotcha :-) it certainly is challanging for me. It doesn't keep your heart ratr up the entire time but you do get your butt kicked and burn good 100 to 125 calories per mile

yay peb! This is your time! I just know it :-)
pebmcp6 I see we both have babies about the same age. My boy will be 4 months in a week. I am hoping we both get our girls this time!
Hi ladies! I hope you don't mind me joining in this thread - my DH and I have our first DS who is almost 21 months. We are planning on TTC in May or June and are hoping for a girl! I was planning on following the LE diet. I've already cut out breakfast. When do you think I should start the rest of the diet? I'm not sure what supplements to take - could you recommend some for me and DH? I'm new to this, so please be patient with me =) Looking forward to sharing our journeys together!
I would start by beginning of march at latest for a may attempt so you can get a solid amount of time in. I am doing april for my first month ttc and I started January so i can have over 12 weeks but have been slightly more relaxed in certain aspects of it until mid february where I will buckle down so I have a solid 6 weeks of text book LE.
Thanks Rosie85! I also wanted to start trying in April because we are going to Greece in May and I know I won't be able to stick to my diet there! Still trying to convince DH of that though =) What supplements are you taking or using?
