Wow how exciting mocha! I wouldn't know what to do with myself on that kid free morning lol might take up a hobby, no actually I think I would take a nap haha, I am still waiting on a kid free morning! So jealous ;)
I can't believe I'll only have one child home with me on my day off work ... must do something about that :D

I'm 5dpo today and had a significant temperature drop this morning... I wonder if AF is on her way. She arrived at 4dpo last cycle so I was really hoping to have lengthened my LP more than that this cycle as I'm taking a bit more B6. We shall see! So glad I'm not TTC right now or this would be really stressing me.

I didn't think I would need to visit this thread, but we had an "oops" because I'm fairly sure I ovulated about 3 days sooner than I thought I would. Neither of us did a sway either because I was going to track how things go on my current supplements, get DH started on supplements if necessary, and do some other adjustments like ordering better pH strips, repHresh , try temping a little bit more. I'm a little bit freaked out.
I haven't been able to test CM pH this time around or DH's sperm's pH. My pH strips have gone missing. My temping has not been very successful either. I couldn't find repHresh in the stores and I had no lime juice or vinegar in the house to make an emergency douche. I had to go to work right away after we DTD. I still jumped and dumped, I have been alternating between Zyretec and Benadryl, and I'm not eating a lot, but I rarely do anyway.
We DTD but DH didn't finish. I know that pre-ejactulate can contain live sperm, though. About 3 hours after that, I checked the CM and cervical position/feel and it was definitely looking and feeling fertile friendly. The day after is probably most likely when I ovulated because the CM was very clear and there was a lot of it and cervix still felt the same. I was also bloated which tends to happen to me around ovulation.
I'm still having some EWCM but definitely not as much as the past 2 days.

I really don't know what to do or think. Do you ladies think I should stop taking Vitex and SP for now? I'm thinking it is unlikely I conceived, but... gah! :worry:

fresas, I don't usu. check this thread but I just happened to see it. If DH didn't finish, it's super unlikely that you are preggo. Studies have shown that withdrawal is actually quite reliable means of birth control when used right...most of the oopsies are because of "pilot error" and not because of the tiny amounts of sperm in the pre-ejac. It takes millions of sperm for only a tiny handful to survive to make it to the egg, the odds that such a small amount of sperm could statistically survive to enable enough to make it to the egg and fertilize it (because it takes more than one sperm to penetrate the egg) is very slim.
I would prob. stop the vitex and SP just in case, but honestly, I think you're in the clear.

rainbow, I just happened to stumble into this thread which I normally don't check, and I just wanted to reassure you that short LP is quite common while breastfeeding and the B6 and vitex if you're taking that, will set things right in time. GL.Quote:

Indira if only! lol - we did DTD unprotected on the 2nd day of my temp rise, (i.e. 2DPO) so certainly not holding out much hope of implantation from that :)
Fresas - if he didn't finish in there it is unlikely... fingers crossed for you, though
