I still seem to come up short on 200 cals even though I feel absolutely stuffed & it seems to be in the carbs section... is that ok

Yes as long as you're not losing massive amounts of weight!
I think it’s time to stick where I am that’s why I’m trying to think of ways to get it up but within sway.
I added more after that shot of another rye crud kit and a bit more fruit.

I thought I spotted a post from you last night right as I shut down that said you were only eating 40-50 g protein and 30 g fat? (may have been someone else) I just want to reiterate that the LE PCOS Diet and atomic fertility diet you should aim at 50-60 g protein and fat both. This in effect cuts carbs effortlessly without having to worry about counting them.
Not me I’m always meeting the fat & protein targets easily. Protein super easily & with your tips covering shortfall in fat is easy too. I actually added cream to a 1/2 banana to boost the fat after posting this. It’s the cals I don’t seem to always hit. Although I’m figuring a few ways out. Not that I am hungry or anything but my weight is as low as it should go. Had a sleep in instead of a walk this morning, not the best for my head though 🤪

Nope I found who it was just a very similar thread (I actually think it's the thread I linked to in this post LOL) so I got mixed up, sorry for confusion - but still good advice for others reading the thread!!
