What a nightmare of a day, OH is working saturday now so I rearranged my scan for this afternoon, the woman presumed I was further along than I was and kept looking between the legs and gave up in the end saying the cord was in the way, I explained I wanted a side shot and she said baby wasnt in the right position for that and she has a trained scanninglady guess before at the nub and she was wrong so she didnt trust it.
She gave me a 3d shot from the front which is useless at 12.5 weeks and came away disappointed and wishing Id have waited till the Sunday instead!
Looks like Ill be booking a 16 week scan lol

I am sorry to hear about the scan :( I didnt get a nub shot at my 12 weeks scan either! I was so hopeful and then... nothing! I went again a week later at 13 weeks and got a beautiful nub shot!

I think girl although 11wks is early and the nub could rise, i cant see nub in the close up ones but the decent nub shot looks girly and forked to me x FX hun

Hiya, finally uploaded the 3D pic I did get, on closer inspection Im thinking that is a boy nub pointing upwards! Its as if the nub is joined at the botom though which makes sense when you think of the penis coming out above the scrotum but not when you think of it as a nub.
Anyway, hope you can see what Im on about

Don't give up yet. I had u/s done with my twin girls at 14 weeks and they still had a nubby thing between their legs then.

Off for a gender scan in a few hours! I am certain its a boy from the nub and all in gender guesses were boy and 1 tech guess online for boy but will update this afternoon
