First day back on the diet after 2 months off. Did horribly bad!
Skipped breakfast by only 3 hours but had peppermint tea with equal
Snack- low fat bbq chips and salt free pretzels and a diet root beer
Lunch- a cup of sugar free strawberry milk and salt free pretzels
Dinner- I was starving and made chili for my family and ended up eating corn chips with chili beans and cheese. SO BAD! More diet root bear.
