I would post if I felt I had anything useful to share, I only tried to follow the cut off method, I didnt change diet or follow anything else.The only thing I did track and can think of is I ovulated about a day after we dtd and I can honestly say for some reason that month I thought sod it what will be will be & gave up on any cut off x
