I've loosened up on my sway a little too. I took Zyrtec and did rephresh and sylk last month and won't be doing them this cycle. I have lost 7 lbs( I'm the lightest I've been since high school) and last couple of weeks I'm eater a lot better.

Atomic is wanting me to drop the zyrtec and rephresh and sylk and do one attempt again but not sure mentally if I can get another bfn.

Im worried if I do get another bfn I will add in multiple attempts the following month and ruin the sway.

I've just brought some sylk from eBay. I had a free sample last month and I really liked it anyway for fun purposes.lol. so I will probably carry on using it.this month i will be testing on opks more so I will hopefully know exactly when I ovulated. Regarding the diet. I am doing a loose Le diet but Def not fully vegetarian. Apart from the odd big mac I haven't had beef for 3 months. I have lost approx 9 lb and I have been stuck at the weight I am for a few weeks.

I haven't had any beef either in the past 3 months. I'm mainly vegetarian with a few cheats here and there.

Don't give up ladies! It took me 9 cycles and 8 months before getting a BFP. I believe it takes a while to conceive because the body has to readjust to the change in maternal condition. It WILL happen! Diet, exercise (if you're doing it), fiber, and 1-2 (no more than 2) attempts in the fertile window are yielding the best results!!

I dropped the fibre for the past month as the one I found was quite expensive

Sage- my H likes it pitch black but we can't get our room totally dark but we've tried our best. I love the idea of you with your red light :) My light arrived today and I'm going to try using it for an hr in the morning when I check email and the like. I live in an area that can be gray and rainy for weeks on end so I figure if anything it can help my mood. I'll try it out for a month and see what happens. Yay for cross hairs for you! 9DPO sounds perfect for implantation signs! I hope you get a BFP Friday!

Healthygirl, that's awesome that you've lost that much weight (I hope you're feeling ok as a result of that). That's a strong sway in itself from what I understand! What cd are you?
I lost 40lbs about 6 months ago on a high protein low carb. As soon as I started swaying I have found that my weight is staying off but not able to lose as I'm at a pleateau. I do, however, have weight left to lose. Hopefully me not losing doesn't effect me too much.
I'm with you on worrying about loosening up my sway too much if bfn. My goal is (if I'm not preg this month) to really hit it in full force for next month. Fx for a baby girl for you! If by chance we both don't end up pregnant lets keep each other really motivated to sway strong!!!

Does anyone know if your first day of AF
is CD 1 or day after?
Last couple of months I have been calling first day of AF as CD 1 but my monitor wanted me to call day after AF as CD 1.

We will be attempting CD 9 am (if I can convince my husband to bd before going to work) and PM cd 12.

This way the attempts will be 3.5 days apart.

I hope we all get our BFP soon!

My RE said that cd1 is the first (mostly full) day of spotting/bleeding. If you were to start spotting in the evening, cd1 would be the next day. Does that make sense?

Totally agree! Both my boys were "oopsies" without trying at all, but it took me 5 cycles to conceive last time and my timing was perfect every time. Unfortunately it ended in a miscarriage. I know for a fact that being on the LE diet so long (8 months) decreased my maternal condition and possibly lead to a decrease in egg quality as well since I was severely iron deficient and low in magnesium and vitamin D when I got tested after my miscarriage. I've since gone back to eating red meat and my doctor has me on extremely high dose iron daily (over 500mg). I'm back on vitamin D and magnesium too as I was feeling horrible and was exhausted constantly and getting depressed. Good luck to everyone, it does take longer when swaying girl. I feel like if I had been swaying for another boy I would have been pregnant the first cycle as my lifestyle is normally extremely boy friendly!

FWIW, I started with a kitchen sink sway with everything including Zyrtec, Vitex, and Rephresh the first 2 cycles, but then dropped all that as the stats weren't that great and they seemed to prevent pregnancy more than sway. When I did get pregnant my sway consisted of LE diet, 1 attempt, peppermint tea during AF, cinnamon, fiber, alcohol (vodka) and diet soda daily, and LR and OLE for DH. No exercise.

Well tomorrow is my test day.. assuming my temps stay up and I don't wake up to the ugly witch. I've been SO tired, I took a 3 hour nap yesterday thanks to DH watching the boys for me, then passed out a 9:30 no problem. I don't know what's going on with me! Still pretty sure my body is playing games on me.

I'd be more confident about getting my bfp if I didn't have this random spotting. I've been researching it and some girls that get it before their periods ended up preggo but some didn't. I hope I am because I want my DH to be home when he/she is born. I had DS 2 when he was deployed and it was the hardest thing ever! He still gets teary-eyed when he sees pictures when he was born.

Has anyone ever taken a trigger shot? Like I said before I took it on cd11 and bd the same day plus the next as is was my every four. We ended up not bding yesterday (would have been four days since we did on Saturday) because my IBS flared up really badly last night (sorry for the tmi!) my husband usually stays as far away from me when that happens. I'm just hoping that my trigger shot didn't push my O all the way to Wednesday and I actually missed it!

Ugh. Now my temps are being all wacky and up/down. Seriously...when will this get easier!

My temps don't confirm it yet but I've been reading a bit about what could cause the bleeding I had and that along with the cramping fits with a really intense ovulation perhaps due to the steroids. My temps in the coming few days will confirm I guess, nothing to do but wait and keep up with every 4 days BDing since OPKs are still dark.

Hbuhs - I'm about to take a trigger shot but I thought it made you ovulate 12-36 hrs after you have it. I think it's effectively like getting a +opk the moment it's in. I've got a shot to give myself on Monday if I don't get a +opk by then. I hope it works for both of us! Tatum, I meant to update you - it looks like I should be Ok without the clomid this time, just the trigger. But we'll see. I am at breaking point after 7 months on the HE. I am a fat sad version of myself!

Junie-yah!! Based on my bloodwork I'm 5DPO too. Except FF gave me cross hairs on Tuesday..have to believe my bloodwork in this case

Fefe-still early! What CD are you? With my boys, I didn't get BFP's until day 26 of a 28 day cycle
