Netti I know what you mean being sleep deprived! I work night shift (12 hour shifts). I worked the last 6 out of 7 days, had to fit in our attempt and then after working last night I went to tour a preschool. But I did finally get a nap before getting DS1 off the bus and I just got the little monsters to bed now and Im off for the weekend!
Ughh that sounds awful luvmyfam. Mine are 10 hour shifts and i did 4 that was enough for me.
I did test pbn. I was feeling optimistic. BFN of course 😂 i used a cheapy and a pregnosis clear, a good 3 hour hold though. I will wait for fmu tmro. Trying to motivate myself toget washing done and lunch sorted by i just can't be bothered 😂

Thanks ladies im pretty nervous about hitting 9-10dpo. The previous two cycles ive had spotting start before AF (which is unusual for me) so I hope its not the case this time.

Afm, temp still low but over cover line. Have had some brown spotting but I'm really hoping AF stays away until monday. I want to be cd5 max at my FS appointment so I can start clomid. I'm not sure that they will do it so quickly but I now have some from a friend to use, I just don't want to take it before the appointment incase they do tests.

Hi! I'm new to the 2ww, this is a busy thread!! Not quite there yet, am on CD14 and no postitive opk yet. Have been preparing for girl sway since mid July, this will be our first attempt. Am getting quite nervous now, it's such a build up! Last month was my first successful month of tracking my cycle and got positive on day 16, but I have long irregular cycles. Kind of expecting day 16 again which pretty much coincides with a full moon �� But never mind!
Can someone tell me does dpo mean days post positive opk? Sorry, still quite new to all this terminology!
Hi ttc2015 and welcome!! Yes dpo is counted from the day 'after' o. So if you o on cd16, you're 1dpo on cd17. Fx you have an earlier o this cycle otherwise fx you o right on time!
4dpo today! Any other upcoming testers?? I'm feeling nothing but hungover im not gonna lie! Went to a friends funeral yesterday so today (my birthday!) im slightly jaded! Just checked CP and did an OPK to double check my positive Opk on CD 10 wasn't the effects of the vitex but my cervix I hard and closed and opk negative so I just must have ovulated really early weirdly xx

AFM I realised something last night girls - don't know if any of you remember that last month my friends mom drew some tarot cards for me (I didn't ask her to, my friend asked her as she felt I needed a pick me up when AF arrived early) and they told her that I would be due next August. It repeatedly showed her a due date around my fathers birthday (she had zero idea that his birthday is August 1st) but that I would give birth to my daughter (who had already chosen me!) in July.
Now going on my cycles at the time when she drew the cards my EDD for August would have been the end of August or end of July so it made no sense. I was so positive at the time that I'd be successful in October anyway!
So last night I was messing with an app on my tab (a fertility/future due dates one) and put in my LMP date as today (Oct 24th) and the length of cycle as 30 days which would be the length of this current cycle if AF came today. It came up as an EDD of.....you guessed it - August 1st!
I do usually take these things with more than a pinch of salt but it did put a smile on my face when I realised my cycle lined up to match what she predicts may happen.

Pbn that makes me smile too! I had the most beautiful sunset on my way to work the evening of our attempt which I felt like was a good sign! I also heard a song that reminds me of my Dad (I lost him to cancer in high school) that day as I got ready!

I realized this morning all I had left were cheap tests so I didn't bother. If I get out today I'll buy another pack of frer I guess. I have a FRER digi, are those accurate? Tomorrow will be 12dpo so it should be safe to know a for sure answer right?

Ive never used the frer digi. Like I said I didn't get my BFP with DS2 until 16 dpo. I definitely don't think that's common but even if you get a negative tomorrow you are still not out.
I don't think digitalis are as sensitive. I would wait until 12 dpo
Should I be concerned my cover line is so much higher than my pre-O temps? I feel like that will be difficult to maintain. I'm temping this month to see if my progesterone drops early which could be why I've had trouble conceiving.

Really low pre-O temps mean great follicular phase hormone production and higher post-O temps mean great luteal phase hormone production.

Quinn your chart looks fine! See how it continues through your luteal phase. I reckon my progesterone is low as my temp drops after 8dpo but atomic reckons that's normal. However im having day 21 blood tests this month but I ovulated on 10th not the 14th so it's not gonna be accurate!? Oh well! I will take clomid again next month, I held off this month as I wanted my blood work doing but so far it's so good! X
Oh & hopper ive had a similar experience.. Ive been wearing a rose quartz fertility anklet and the saying goes that when it breaks your wish will come true.. And mine broke as AF started this month so I can't help but feel optimistic!! FX there's some truth in our mad estimations [emoji23][emoji23] x

I went on a different day than day 21 for mine because I ovulated early. I was happier to know the results were more accurate.
But I also don't know how much it matters. Maybe call your dr and ask.

9dpo today. Not much going on. 3 negative test (got a little excited 😂) but it was an Internet cheapy. Pregnosis clear and first response. Just wanted to have my bases covered 😂 i think ill get some early hpts today.

Netti- what time zone are you in? Just curious how soon you'll be testing. I'm about 12 hours away from my first "real" test this cycle. I've had bfn's on cheapie tests for three days, but this morning was either a case of line eyes or a super major squinter, but I couldn't get a photo with my phone. My frer tests came in though so I'll do one tomorrow morning when I wake up. It would be so nice to have a bfp, my house is full of Halloween candies from my boys and I want to eat it all!!! I hope you get your bfp too :)
My cervix is still high, firm, and closed, which I think is a good sign since it either means my lut phase is lengthening or it means I'm pg. I've had twinge cramps at night for a few days but nothing too bad.

Netti and has2gentleman: what day are you planning to test? I'm on 11dpo today. I was planning to wait until 13dpo because I hate the potentially false negatives and waiting. I fluctuate between being hopeful about a bfp and preparing myself for a bfn. I had 2 fleeting feelings the last few days that are SOOO weird, but would be too soon to really have, even if I am pregnant. ON Wednesday, I was working late, and as I stood up to get ready to go home, I felt (for a second) like my breasts were really full as if I hadn't nursed or pumped in many hours. I almost reflexive felt them. But I weaned my son in June, and I haven't had any of these sensations even before that. Then, yesterday at work, I had a brief feeling of nausea when talking to someone about something on her neck. And I NEVER get nauseated unless in the car. I was really nauseated with my DS1, but that didn't start until I was 8 weeks pregnant. I'm hoping these might be good signs. But then I also have periods where I think I'm PMS-ing. Sigh.
This is the difficulty of the 2WW.
Bertie- I'm 10dpo tomorrow and I'll probably test. My lp is usually only 9 days, so I'm pretty hopeful that I haven't seen any signs of af. I'm prepared for a negative, since it's super early, but a positive would be great too so the waiting can be over.
I had the "need to nurse" feeling earlier today, too! I dried up in July 2 years ago though and it was on my underproducing side anyway, so it was really weird. But it was distinctively a let-down twinge. And I've been nauseous the past two nights which is also strange for me.

I'm out of the tww. AF has started a day early... unless FF had my O day out by 1 day? If it did then I had pretty low chances as my attempt would have been too late.
Anyway new cycle now... not sure what to do about the clomid as my appointment will be cd6.

Just went out to eat at my favorite seafood restaurant and immediately ran to the restroom to vomit when the food came to the table. I ate French fries instead. I'll be 12dpo tomorrow and if I still get a negative, somethings got to be messing w my head.

Yep you are right about the time pbn although its now almost 2pm.
I am 9dpo today based on O. But i think it was a little longer for me than 24hrs post +opk that my body actually released the egg.

Wow Lauren! Fx for morning! How many hours away is that? Not sure where you are - its Sunday 3.45pm here. When I was pregnant with ds2 I dont know how much meat I threw out because it all smelt off!!
