Nan, Yes there are 2 ways of measuring with different units. Mine were ng/mL, my highest was about 35, but that was with taking progesterone supplements in the 2WW.
Did you happen to have your Estradiol levels tested at all around ovulation time? That level is a real good indicator of number of eggs released as they say on average 1 healthy egg should be about 200 pg/ml so if your level was around 400 then that would pinpoint that you probably had 2 eggs ready. If you are on femera at all then those numbers won't match up since it suppresses the estrogen in your body so it would show lower levels.
