I've swapped soaps for box sets :-) Will lookup those, Bates Motel was good too, must like suspense programmes :-) (May not be good for making me sit on the edge of the sofa in suspense whilst swaying ha ha)

I've noticed that the girl mums that I know are either really skinny or overweight, thought it was just me!
Did my cardio today. I hope I can get my 6 days in this week- it's supposed to rain on Wednesday and Thursday. FX it won't though or I have a window where I can get my walk in!
Girl moms here are skinny, eat low with-cal or low-fat foods OR are overweight and eat low nutrient foods/a lot of empty carbs. Both are laid back types.

Almost finished doing my cardio, need to go supervise my boys they are in a right wound up mood, my hubby's 1st day back in work after 10days. They must know it's just going to be me on my own for the next 10hrs so they are going to try and push me to my limits. But I got news for you my boys ha ha, I'm not going to bite! My super relax vibe is going to continue!
Good luck!! My Oh has been off with a cold and is a complete misery and has done nothing and slept for the last 5 days while I've been looking after the kids and house.... Made me realise how I do everything at home anyway and all he does is go to work ;-) I have yet to do my cardio,may have to do it this afternoon, did do half an hour of ironing but don't think that counts towards it!

I'd say that's a great cardio if you can keep it up for an hour!

Anyone else had stupid comments
