I mix mine with the bsd and the first couple of times, I did have a bit of an upset stomach. It got better though. I'm done with it until AF arrives--I don't think my body would like too much of it!

I cried all day yesterday from all this stress and today can't even eat (and it is my birthday too) I feel like getting in my car, driving away if it wasn't for my girls I would.
