I think you should just do what you can, some days I am really craving something, or there is a birthday, etc. Plus many of the women here have been on the diet for months and months and I can't imagine anyone can do hardcore LE without ever cheating longterm.

Yup. I understand.
I gained around 40 kg at my first pregnancy...and I felt like a wale after giving birth..I lost almost all..now when I'll start this, I really want to do it a la carte and dont cheat(I hope I can) because I'm sure I'll take another 40 kg with my second pregnancy...little afrid of that...

I don't consider it cheating. I think the point is to keep your nutritional intake down as much as possible. The actual numbers mentioned by everyone will vary so much depending upon how much weight people have to lose, how long they've been on the diet, if they're BF, how accurately they or MFP are recording it all etc.. Does that make sense? So some people are aiming for 1200-1500 cals while others like me who are BF are aiming for 1800.

Ok. But the question is...
I can do 1500 calories per day..but can I eat a bigmac(for example)? Which is 500 kalories...then veggies for the rest of the day...I mean it must be some restrictions, right?
-
Yes you could do that if that's what you want, calorie wise I imagine that's no problem but I don't know the fat and protein content of a Big Mac.

There's an app that tells you all the info of the food.x

The problem with most meat products is that they contain a ton of protein and often lots of fat. So if you only want to eat a Big Mac for the whole day and then just veggies or something you could but I can't imagine doing that every day. Plus going vegetarian seems to sway pink although atomic isn't sure why. I think most people do try to cut meat out though.

I was just asking so I can see the thinking of the LE diet.
I dont like big mac :))
If vegie is helping pinky then we turn vegie and abstain from chocolate(my biggest love) and everything Atomic says.
The program I have downloaded tells you everything about each product.

Chocolate is allowed sometimes.. So are "cheat meals", in fact they're encouraged! 😊

Gosh I eat chocolate nearly every day! Its better to eat chocolate than meat, but then everyone does this differently you have to do it in a way that works for you.
Seems I suck at being more relaxed lol, I dont know how else to be clearly, so after deciding to be more relaxed on the totals for a few days, yesterday I was only over on fat! I had 2000 cals, 80g fat and 58g protein lol so may as well post it:
515am - coffee with whole milk
11.00am - butter croissant and nescafe cafe menu latte
1.30pm - Kirstys moroccan vegetables with quinoa, mash direct red cabbage and beetroot and salad bar items (mainly aubergine, broccoli and cauliflower)
4.00pm - a colleague was handing out chocolate biscuits, it would have been rude not to have one!
8.00pm - waitrose mushroom open ravioli, half a parmesan & garlic bread, some roast mushrooms
