I am trying to wait until 10 or 11 DPO.
Today I was tense and quite irritated at times with my 3 year old but I didn't feel quite PMS level, I think. I'm not sure if it's because I had ice cream, it's too early for PMS, or maybe I'm not having PMS this time.
