Yesterday
11.00- coffee,fried egg sandwich ,bad I know but I've only had 2 eggs in total this week.
2.00- wasn't that hungry so just had bag of hoola hoops and a twix single bar.diet coke
5.00- coffee 3 milk tray sweets
8.00- salad,sweet corn and cheese and caramelised onion quiche. Diet coke
Must have had a sweet tooth 😓way over my limit for fat
Cals- 1215. Fat-60g protein 30g
