Does vitex stop spotting?
I've seen Vitex both cause and prevent spotting. It really varies. I bet thatgpink tinge is from BDing.
Princessmom, I tend to get pink or red tinged CM when it's close to O time. Yours could be from that too. I really don't think it matters if you record BD as PM of yesterday or AM today. It doesn't really change anything. If you DTD before going to sleep then personally I'd note it as PM yesterday.
My cycle is usually 28 29 days and think I ovulated Monday or Tuesday . Woke up today feeling really down and quite irritable. Now I'm really bloated and I have this pain in my left side it really hurts, where I imagined ovarery is. It actually is quite uncomfortable and painful don't know what that's all about. I have never been early, maybe a day at the most and sometimes im late so I don't think it could be af pain. Any ideas ??Quote:

This happen last cycle fam settings put o date cd 17 but this cycle I didn't temp much in beginning due to chemical.
Opk still positive today test line darker than control line, seemed more positive yesterday. CM now more creamy.
BD this morning just in case. So I do have 3 attempts this cycle, but honestly don't care. I'm on diet since November and conceived my son one attempt.

Well pain gone with help of hot water bottle . Couldn't face a negative result tomorrow to put a downer in my day so did it tonight instead and still showing negative . Guess that's me out this month as due on, thursday/ Wednesday night and sure it would shown up on first response by now!!
