Just fell off the band wagon big time!
Lunch- 0.5 cup rice
Dinner =4 chicken wings
2 potato skins
2 deep fried oreos
After last cycles BFN I needed that! Back on track tomorrow

Well I've been on vacation in California since last Friday and have tried very hard but feel I've failed really. I have stuck to being Veggie 99% of the time and hardly snacked. But I've definitely eaten closer to 2000 cals every day and most days got nearer 80g protein and 100g fat. Plus I'm guessing all my food, whereas at home I'm more aware of what's going on, so I could be wildly underestimating!! *sigh
And I've not done my daily cardio now for two weeks because of having flu and now here. All I'm managing is lots of walking but not probably fast enough. I definitely don't think that a cheat day here or there blows a sway but I feel that cheating every day is basically just not doing a sway!!!
Thanks. I'm not feeling good about it at all. No idea when our attempt is as last month I think I had an anovulatory cycle. So we're just doing E4D, although to be honest it's been more frequent as we're on holiday! Ooops!
