I have been doing terrible on the diet for the past week. I'm trying to get back on track today. I started feeling sorry for myself because I still haven't had a postpartum period and I figured what's the point?! I hate not knowing how long I'll be on this diet.

I asked Atomic about salted popcorn & she said fine but ideally with a meal rather than snack. I totally love snacking on popcorn haha very difficult to stop!

You can eat anything on LE remember, sticking to the totals and avoiding snacking and meat if possible
I've not put my food on here every day but I've tried hard! A few bites of DH's burger but otherwise vegetarian and very little snacking at all. I've just gone over my totals most days but hey ho. Flying home today so back on my cardio and LE proper tomorrow

Today
Breakfast - black coffee
Lunch - sweet potato and black bean curry with couscous, green banana balls and mango salsa
Dinner - red wine and Domino's pizza (reduced fat mozzarella and vegetables topping)
I am still here!
I feel like my LE diet has been brutal lately!
Today
McDonald's pancake abd 1/2 hashbrown
Coffee w milk
Lunch iceberg lettuce salad
with ranch dressing
Pitta chips
Tzakeki dressing
Dinner is Motzza sticks
Cucumber salad
Oh and I've probably eaten like 50 mini Halloween chocolates in the last few days! 😑
